This property management is horrible I have a plumbing emergency and I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I submitted a service request online and sent emails. This is not the first time we have had this issue.
You have to be completely on top of any service request or it won't get done.
Half the time I do it my self or hire someone as it is damn near impossible.
It took the 6 month to send someone out for a roof leak.
