Visionworks, Surprise AZ

Had a decent experience with the eye check. The reason I’m giving a 2 star review is because they tried to charge $400 for contacts because we had already bought glasses even though we didn’t buy glasses though them. The glasses prices are extremely high so we bought third party. Since we didn’t want to buy contacts through them we asked for a copy of the prescription. Had ordered contacts third party and when we got them they weren’t correct. Thought it might have been a mistake on their part but turns out that the tech at visionworks gave us the wrong prescription. Ended up having to order whole new contacts. Not coming back to this place again.

Things went smoothly. Lots of eyewear to choose from, but, of course there could always be more! Staff was kind and friendly.

Very professional but down to earth. They were very clean at disinfecting all machines that were used. The only thing that was annoying is that they overbook too many people at the same appointment time. My husband's appointment time was at the same time another lady's was.we were there before her but they took her first anyways. Have more doctors at a time if you're gonna have more than one person in a time slot

The staff was super nice and helpful when I picking out new glasses. The eye exam was quick and to the point. Everyone seemed like they genuinely cared about my vision needs.

Staff was nice and friendly when we first walked in. Check in was a breeze. Dr was nice. Exam was quick. Great experience all around. Nice atmosphere.

Fast and friend service. I was able to get my glasses with in an hour. And they lady that helped me was awesome! Very friendly and was took extra time to explain everything. I think her name is Aniko would definitely recommend this location

Aaron and Dr. Lee did an amazing job this morning at my appointment. They were both very polite and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in an understandable way. I highly recommend visiting her for your next appointment. Tommy did a fantastic job assisting me in the selection of my frames as well! Thank you for the quality experience.

Nicholas was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable! Awesome customer service skills and people skills! Loved his personality and he made it a great experience. Who would of thought? ! My hubby thought so too! Definitely chose to drive a greater distance here as opposed to the location in my city.

Dr Lee was amazing! I had arrived 30 minutes early and they got me in right away. Everyone was very pleasant, very professional and I left with contacts that were exactly what I needed and wanted. I highly recommend Visionworks and Doctor Lee to anyone who's having eye issues.

Friendly staff and have been a customer for a while. Just wish they would have told me they didn’t accept my insurance before driving 30 minutes to get there.

We always enjoy our yearly trip to Visionworks. Wonderful people to work with. Been going there for 9 years to see the doctor and to get new glasses.

The wait for be helped for eyewhere is horrible my experience with the optometrist was great. I experience long waits every time I go to this visionworks to get glasses there were only 2 people on the floor to help and 6 customers.

This was my first visit to Visionworks and it was a pleasant experience from the moment I arrived until I left. Dr. Lee was knowledgeable and nice. She took the time to explain things in a language I understand. The other ladies there were just as knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very clean and comfy office and a wide variety of designer frames which by the way were also affordable.

Great Doctors. The only "problem" was I didn't expect the yearly reminder, via text and email. You might want to add an option on the registration to repeat the appointment, because I don't remember this being there.

The only issue I have is that my glasses won’t be here for 2 weeks. Otherwise, Dr Lee was great, as was Aniko.

Had a great experience at Visionworks! My eye exam was super fast and easy. I would highly recommend going to Doctor Linda!
