We had a great experience from checking in to the end of our visit! The Dr was great and very thorough and Judi in the eyeglass department was a great help and very nice!
Really terrible experience here. Came and took eye exam 3 weeks ago and they promised to mail my prescription. 3 weeks later, they said they never mail it out. And they said they forgot to order my contact lenses. Ask me to wait another 3 week. So ridiculous.
I had the best experience at this store! Hands down from the minute I walked in the manager greeted me and booked me an appointment, to the young ladies handing me the paperwork, to the tech doing my eye tests. The doctor was very friendly and informative. The young lady that helped me pick out my frames had a lot of patience for me because I picked out about 10 pairs of glasses to try on Lol and she was very friendly. I can't wait for my glasses to be in! Thank you very much
I’ve been going to the optometrist for 15 years now, and this was the BEST staff I’ve ever had. Everyone, from front desk, the doctor, and especially Hailey was awesome. They take their time, and don’t rush your time in there either. Thank you guys for being so awesome

Dr. Wright and the tech had a nice demeanor. Haley was super helpful and knowledgeable. She even helped us look for other styles we might like. Stevie was helpful even though we were working with Haley.
The Dr. Was very informative and quick about getime the right prescription for some new glasses. Larysa was very kind and helpful when picking out new frames and making sure that the focused was placed correctly on the lenses and taking her time and double checking that everything was correct. Thank you Larysa you were amazing
Horrible experience in getting my glasses back, I was sent an email that stated my glasses were ready. I called to double check and was just informed my glasses wouldn't be ready for another week and a half after waiting two weeks already. I have no special lenses or anything that would warrant a longer wait time. This is unacceptable. What's the point of being able to check order status if it's absolutely incorrect? For the record I'm still waiting.
Poor poor service. They close at 4pm an we arrived at 3;30 pm an the lady is like if its insurance you shud come back during the week. An they told my daughter's what are you doing here you shud leave. Last time all be going there. Zero stars.
Doctor was nice and a shout-out to Judi who assisted me with getting my new lenses ordered. However, the reason for the 3 star is due to their poor teamwork this place offers to one another. I also experienced attitude immediately when checking in from the young girl completing my check in. Then observed numerous times the team showing irritation and/or frustration when helping Judi. Judi is an older lady that works there and she was incredibly sweet, professional, and helped in anyway she could with the order. Another reasoning for this mid "3" star review is their system. In my opinion, again observing all of this while there, is a piss poor system that seemed to glitch multiple times while attempting to enter my order. But, Judi stayed calm, apologized for the wait and inconvenience. Again, thank you to her for making the process a little less painful. This location should be honored to have her as an employee.
The staff was very unfriendly and acting like they were bothered the entire time. Will not be coming back here that’s for sure
Do not buy their warranty they do not back it up. 1 year after I picked up the glasses they say it is expired because it was 1 year from the purchase date. Since it takes up to a week to get in, and can be a couple of days before you are able to pick up the glasses, that means it really isn't a one year warranty, more like a 51 week warranty.
Customer service was excellent in all areas. Entire staff was nice and helped with everything I needed. I asked the associate Diamond what face shape I had and what glasses I should try because I hadn’t worn glasses in 6 years. She told me styles that would look the best on my face shape before I went in for my eye exam. During my exam she picked out 6 pairs and had them waiting for me when I got done with the doctor. Every staff member was excellent and very kind. 10/10
I have yet to receive my contacts order and it has been over a month now. I was told two weeks originally, now I can not get an ETA as they just blame it on their supplier. If I could do zero stars I would.
Eye exam people were awful. Checked in and brought back for first part of test. Examiner couldn't remember what part of tests she'd already done. Then asked to wait back in waiting room. 45 minutes after my appointment time was still not in exam room so told them I could no longer wait and it had been 45 minutes. Was told it couldn't be that long and then receptionist saw I was right and she might be able to get me back immediately. I repeated that I could no longer wait and was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Seriously? No I do not want to reschedule. Go elsewhere.
If this business had a management who cares about their customers would be a good representatives and good quality of customer service and products spending over $400 for pairs of glasses and Represanative wasn’t helpful at all to take a minute and fix my previous glasses definitely scammed and not worth the money and time
No charges to repair minor problems with glasses. Samantha did a great job on my glasses with no charge.
Very nice place with very pleasant and professional workers.
