I had a wonderful experience at VisionWorks thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Benjamin and the fantastic team of girls up front! Benjamin was incredibly helpful in administering my vision test before I saw the doctor. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.

The girls up front were just as wonderful, offering helpful guidance on choosing the right products and even going above and beyond to fix my sister's glasses for free. It's not often that you come across such a friendly and helpful staff, but the team at VisionWorks truly exceeded my expectations.

I left feeling fully satisfied with the level of customer service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Benjamin and the rest of the team for making my experience so enjoyable and stress-free!

Prescription is valid for one year, it’s been 6 months but I can’t use that prescription for contacts. I have to pay for that a new vision test again plus the contact fitting.

I had a good experience getting my eyes checked and help picking out my glasses. I can't wait until they are ready. The staff person checked my insurance very well to make sure I received all the things I wanted that my insurance would pay for.

Took 3.5 weeks to get my trial contacts and they didn't even fit. My script was off as well. Not wasting my time to go back in there. Would not recommend this place.

Sat for 2 hours waiting for an appointment. Appointment was made in advance and I was 15 minutes early to ensure I had time to do paperwork if needed. Was told card machine was down, internet was down, I would be called about benefits and cost of glasses. No call, they just charged my card without approving the order first.

Tim Torrez did an amazing job helping me find 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter with anti glare, transitions, anti scratch, everything! I’m so happy he was there to help! We were originally being helped by someone not as patient as he was, so I’m really thankful he was there to step in! He was so patient with my kids and helped make the process of purchasing glasses for my oldest a breeze. Dr. Fastidio was efficient and kind to my daughter. The staff at check in were very kind to my kids as well. Going places with 3 kids can be a challenge, it makes a difference when staff are kind, patient, and supportive.
