Excellent service. I could not have been more pleased with the clean facility and easy entry and reservation system.

I’m an NP with a hybrid practice, and was looking for a small space to sublet, when I found Viva MedSuites. Their ‘coworking’ membership model is a unique & novel concept…a perfect solution for any clinician scaling their practice up (or down)! It’s perfect for new clinicians or those of us nearing retirement who don’t need a large office. In the past year, all my interactions with owner (John) and office manager (Chelsea) have been amazing…they are both responsive and helpful.

While Viva is conveniently located near many businesses, restaurants, and the Scottsdale Shea medical campus, it’s tucked into a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the 101. The entrance is steps from a serene courtyard with pond/seating (perfect for lunch!) and has ample parking. The lobby is bright & clean. Doors to the back office & suites are locked so it’s safe, even on quieter days or if picking up mail during off-hours. The spacious suites are well-appointed with a neutral ‘Zen’ decor, sink/cabinets, desk/chairs, and a recliner or exam table (multiple types for any provider, from OB to chiropractor to aesthetics technician). One popular suite is the ‘therapy room’ with comfy armchairs and a recliner…perfect for ketamine treatments and MAT induction.

The lobby has iPad kiosks that send a text/email to each provider when a client arrives. With 60+ diverse clinicians at Viva, the self check-in is discrete, and nobody knows why a client is there. It’s perfect for high-profile clientele or those needing anonymity in DV, divorce/custody, litigation, or substance treatment situations. I’ve had 100% positive feedback from my clients about their Viva experience.

Viva has what I call the ‘a la carte menu’ options, so we only pay for what we use (i.e. Lockers, med fridge, covered parking, printer supplies, MA station, etc). The only inventory I have to manage is meds, supplements, & samples specific to my practice.

As an integrated psychiatric provider, clients see me for a variety of services that require a calm, quiet space. I primarily WFH via telehealth, but Viva is a perfect place to meet clients for intakes, labs, tests, MAT, & KAT…all the hands-on things I love to do! We have a portal to easily book suites by the hour, half- or full-day. Busier practices book weekly/monthly and can have sole access to their own dedicated suite. If needed, Chelsea (an experienced MA) can be booked to assist with labs, vitals, & procedures.

The low membership fee includes many benefits…24/7 keycard access, security, WiFi, supplies, equipment, break room, water/coffee, secure mail/packages (w/SOD), and a bright workroom with desk-to-ceiling windows…a great place for charting, networking, & referrals with other clinicians! I love not having high overhead, underutilized office space, utility bills, ordering supplies, calling maintenance, or fixing the printer…all the headaches that kept me from going into private practice years ago! Thank you, John & Chelsea, for managing all that, so we get to do what clinicians do best…focus on great client care!:)

The WORST patient quality care! I had an appointment scheduled through the military (QTC) for 8am. I arrived about 15 minutes early, and waited for a bit. The military scheduler does not provide the name of a physician when making the appointment. I was unable to check myself in at this clinic.

Upon realizing I would need assistance, I ring the bell at the front desk which rings to a doorbell in the back exam rooms. I continue to wait and walk the waiting room, but no one came to the front. I decided to start walking through out the clinic and looking for someone who could help. I addressed the first individual I came across, who just so happen to be Robert Lieske. This man could have cared less that I was just perusing the clinic for assistance. When I asked if he was able to assist me, he met me with a sarcastic response, and he told me I needed to check in on the kiosk. At that point I informed him I did not know the name of my physician given that the appointment was scheduled through the military, thus leaving me unable to check in. He then told me that sometimes they have a a receptionist that will show up at 8: 30 AM.

Allegedly, Lieske is a doctor of. Naturopathic, medicine, and part owner of Victus Integrative Medicine. He also is a veteran that served in the Marines. It is a shame that someone with so much knowledge, education, and life experience continues to disrespect patients that are being seen in his clinic. To make matters worse, Dr. Lieske could have certainly assisted, for there is only one physician that works in that entire suite that sees military personnel and veterans AND the ONLY other person there working with him.

In total, I waited 1.5 hours while 3 months pregnant to see a physician for a vision and hearing test.

Please note, the only reviews I have been able to find about the Viva MedSuites appears to be by physicians working in the space.
