Very helpful, service was very good to me and feel very good about the time that I had with customer service.

It was a good call. I agreed to send my last 12 months of electrical consumption with TEP. Have a call set up for tomorrow at 10: 00 am, to go over the Solar proposal being prepared today

Was happy to give my time to Volt. The person I spoke too, seem genuinely interested in what my concerns as well as questions about the process.

The process of going solar with Volt Energy was not complicated at all! The communication was amazing. We were never in the dark and they did a great job at making sure we knew what was needed from us, and what to expect from them. Our post install call cleared up anything we still had questions about! We like watching our system produce energy, and we can already see that our system is going to save us money! Everyone we have worked with at Volt Energy Solar has been friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend using Volt Energy Solar to anyone who may be on the fence of going solar, or to those who are ready and searching for the right solar company to work with.

The phone call for the sharing of my personal information and also getting details about the solar proposal went well. Very efficient. We were able to get the information required to produce a quote and schedule a follow up meeting to review the quote details. Good use of my time.

Drew was a very polite and kind as well as a friendly man to talk to and he was quite knowledgeable about his job and what he has to do about each customer he speaks to. He helps to make the customer relaxed and not nervous at all. We need more people as wonderful like him for real.

Worst company ever. When they sold me the panels they took forever to install and the communication is trash at best. After the panels were installed i still had a electric bill in the summer from running my ac.they also said everything was covered under warranty and if I had to pay electric for any damaged parts they would reimburse me. Less then 2 years later my inverter went out and they are refusing to reimburse me for the electric I had to pay. They sent us a 200 dollar check as a show of faith the. Ghosted us. Would never recommend this company to any one. I've tried reaching out for thier policies and what I get back is that's not our department, our responsibility or no reply at all. I have not cashed the 200 dollar check incase I need to file a lawsuit. I will be calling the better business bureau and filing a complaint as well. Don't waste your time with volt. If your considering another company in solar choose them instead

Drew was great. He gets that we are not interested in financing or zero down. That we simply want a proposal for purchase and install of a solar system that will generate enough power for our typical usage and to pay for it all upfront. We have had the absolute worst experience with this company that anyone could ever imagine. I don’t even like giving them a single star. We purchased our panels two years ago and we are paying more for electric with the solar payment than we did before we made this purchase. We trusted them to give us the best system for our house but instead they sold us a system that does absolutely nothing and we were told even an upgraded system wouldn’t work because our roof is too small to handle it. So why on earth did they sell us the system to begin with? My husband has been going back and forth with them for two years now and they completely ghosted us after a new manager took over. We were close to resolving this with the previous manager but unfortunately he left so we had to start the process of trying to resolve this all over with someone else. A lawsuit will definitely be happening now. We are over fighting this alone.

My experience with Volt Energy has been nothing but positive. I'm someone who is by nature very inquisitive and may ask questions to minutia. My inquiries met with pleasant appreciation for the true interest of Solar Energy, how 'it' works and how it would work for me and my family after I'm gone. A true investment in the future; a truly positive investment in the future.
No matter what step in the process we were at; I met with the same availability, respect, readiness to answer my questions/concerns in a very professional manner. Anything from diagrams to videos; lengthy conversations using comparative analysis, hypothesis and such to really assist me in truly blending with a whole new 'world'.
The entire Team was ready and willing to assist and have let me know, just because I'm up and running; doesn't mean they're gone. They remain available to me whenever and if ever I may feel I need their assistance.
What more could you ask for.

I had a unit in stalled at my home, the sales manager and crew were awesome from start to finish. Kept me informed at all times. When I had any questions even if they were closed. They will promptly respond. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

We had a great experience with Volt, they made sure to explain every step of the process and were very good about updating us on where things were in the process. For our particular situation, we were replacing a roof in addition to installing solar and Volt handled the roof contracting in addition to the solar installation and permitting, which saved us a lot of headache. Based on my own personal research, I think Volt was able to offer very reasonable loan terms and used high quality equipment for the installation. Overall, I definitely recommend giving them a call if you're interested in solar.

I was very impressed with Volt Energy. From the start, speaking with their sales Rep, he was very clear about everything and answered all my questions. When we decided to go with solar we were then in touch with the office personnel who then explained the process to us. I was very happy with Volt Energy throughout the job. They made it a point to be available for any questions or concerns about the installation. I would highly recommend them.
