Been with WaFd bank for 17 yrs all I can say is the service is more than 5 stars as far as I'm concerned. Joanna Plues is my personal banker excellent at her position here in Payson AZ. The crew here at this branch live to work at a higher standards. Always great to step in through the doors and see smiling faces.
We just moved to Payson AZ and needed a bank. I’m glad we checked out WaFd (even though they need an “e” to be pronounceable as WaFed). Joanna worked with us to set up multiple accounts. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all our options and explained them clearly. They have money market accounts with surprisingly good interest for these days, and several checking options. A major thumbs up—great service so far.
Joanna, Clay, Betty, Pam and Tammy are incredible. I have been banking there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always nice to see the same faces and and have the same great service experience every time I go.
