Just a quick shoutout to this wonderful bank. Everyone who works at our local branch is so very helpful and friendly. 10/10! I do a lot of bank deposits for my job and usually I DREAD stopping at all the banks but not here! The staff are the nicest genuine people. They always help solve my issues and even listen to my personal ones. (I’m an over sharer, no shame). If you ever need anything, this is the branch to stop at.

I called to get information on a construction loan. Daniel was very helpful and thorough in explaining the loan process. Definitely gave me a much better understanding of construction loans.

Do not waste your time trying for a loan here. They do not do there homework and come up with false information.

After a horrible experience trying to acquire a construction loan with another bank in town, we came to WaFd as a last resort with very little hope. They blew our expectations out of the water! They were confident, professional, organized, and extremely communicative. I don’t even know where to start With this bank the people here are amazing and helpful And will go above and beyond for your needs All the workers showed excellent team work and were amazing in helping me and My spouse get a problem resolved we signed up and traveled out of state Being out of reach from a branch and didn’t know how to upload money to the card we called the branch and within minutes they had a simple resolution. I also love how I signed up the same day and within minutes I was able to have my Name on my new card. So If you are considering opening an account with Washington federal don’t consider like Nike JUST DO IT. Thank you washing federal you are amazing.
