Waffle House, Phoenix AZ

Our waitress was midway through a 14-hour double shift, because someone had called out, and yet was so pleasant

It a bit busy for a Thursday morning 08.03. But waitress was kind and attentive. It was a to go order they forgot my ham and sausage but overall was good!

Wish there was an option to give negative star review. Sat at the bar and waited 10mins while all the employees stood around talking with each other not working. It wasn't even at half capacity. I eventually walked out as this was the second restaurant not providing service. Horribly hot in the building first here and last time i will ever come here

Staff was very attentive and food was good. There was a little bit of an ant problem across the floor from us. Other than that it was good time.

Well let see, the first set of grits were very good to me. But when the second grits came out they were very lumpy but when asked to get a new/fresh bowl well it never came out at all, hmmmmm (the person waiting talked very highly about the grits too). Next, the syrup could not be warmed up anymore (okay if I would have known in the beginning I wouldn't have order the waffle) so I really don't know if they are good or not. Almost lastly, the egg started out really really good to me until I cruched on a egg shell. Now lastly, why when it was time to pay you wanted to add a $50.00 tip for yourself, Lord help us Please. My first time ever eating here and this will be my last.

Got up at 3: 12 this morning to go get breakfast Food was great they have the best sweet tea

Our server was Jasmine she was quick friendly and exceeded our expectations! Great customer service and hospitality would recommend to come in early place fills up fast

I just asked for my breakfast to go and immediately they cooked me, only they delivered it, the service was really fast and good

Always amazing... Staff and especially the grill cook spot on hilarious... Ordered omlet... When called out the order to the grill cook... He came back with "already out of omelets today"! Love a team that loves their job. You all rocked it!

Average sit down dinner with a limited menu. Food a little greasy but good. Service was ok.

I guess you don’t want my money. I start work at 3AM down the street and it would be nice to call in a quick breakfast order and get a sandwich to go but I guess you would rather me go to Dennys, ihop, McDonald’s, JITB, or anywhere else

The food was delicious. You never go wrong with waffle house. Our waitress was something else. She seemed upset like she didn't want to be there. But other than that, everything was good.

Great food and great customer service. It's probably one of the cleanest Waffle Houses I've ever ate at.

Our waitress was amazing! She did not hover but knew before we would ask for things such as refills, boxes, creamers. She was very friendly and quite personable!

Haven't been to a waffle House in years. Came here on a Friday night after arriving in Phoenix.and I was still impressed! Sarah my waitress was amazing. Very kind w/ nice smile and courteous! I forget the guy's name on the grill. But I loved his energy and he sang while he worked- sang very well I might add.and he definitely cooked with pride. Everything was fresh and served just right.

Yup Still the hash browns at waffle House after all these years)!

So thank both of you very much for making my first stop in town~ Great.

Breakfast was delicious plus service was awesome. Will be back for sure when we go visit Phoenix again!

Food was really good, and service was exceptional. If you get chance visit this nice, quiet and very clean establishment.

I really like waffle house, this location is no different. I love the 50s diner theme and the employees are so nice and we got our food super quick. Thank you so much for another great Meal!

I wish we had Waffle Houses in Washington State. What a great experience. I was so surprised when my brother, whom I was visiting, pulled into the parking lot. I had never seen a sit-down restaurant that had a hostess be that tiny. But let me tell you, they are easily the the best place I have ever patronized for a great breakfast of eggs bacon and waffles. The food was wonderful, the waitress was friendly, the restaurant was clean, plus the food comes up quick and hot. They don't have many tables so there was a 10-minute wait but it didn't seem like we actually waited that long since they're so proficient at getting their food out. I was very, VERY impressed. Whoever came up with this business model is a genius. They don't have a very large menu, it's rather modest with the usual suspects for a breakfast joint. Waffles, eggs, hash-browns, pancakes, bacon, sausage and the like. I think because they only concentrate on a smaller menu the quality and consistency is much better than you'll find at restaurants that cost three or four times as much. This is by far and away the best value and overall experience you could possibly go to with your family.a great place that I will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm down in the Phoenix area or anywhere they have a Waffle House. They are easily the best bang for your buck, no one even comes close. If ever there's a time when they come into the Washington area, I would certainly be asking about investing and inquiring about getting in on the action with a franchise. The bottom line is. It's great food and an amazing value. I think they're under charging for the overall dining experience that you get. They are friendly, professional the food is great, the restaurant is clean and it doesn't take forever to get your meal. You can easily have a sit down breakfast and still make it to work on time. I highly recommend the Waffle House. Simply Delicious! YUM
