Juan has been awesome. There has been miscommunication between provider and pharmacy. But instead of getting just automated messages Jaun made probably 5 calls he didnt need to but he did. That is awesome service. And all is corrected.

Worse than CVS, which I didn't know was possible. There is almost always some issue with our prescriptions. Call to speak to a pharmacist, and 9 times out of 10, the system will hangup on you.

Very friendly staff in store & including pharmacy techs. Witnessed extremely patient techs dealing with older customers who needed additional assistance. Seemed to be lots of seniors at this location.

Disappointed. Several in line at the pharmacy ahead of me, none received their RXs. "Sit down and we'll have it ready soon, " was what I heard each time. My RX was no different, even though I received several texts over the last 3 days. I also called yesterday, to make sure. Will have to circle back later.

Poor experience with the Pharmacist. The Asian girl would not clearly explain things and let my Prescription expire a few days after it was ready for pickup. Now have to call Doctor for new prescription. So frustrating when it was ready on Friday but I could not make it. Then expires on Wednesday but was given no warning of this.

Dominic.yes, a wonderful, kind and intelligent shift manager really helped me so much at the Ahwatukee location of Walgreens today. He was my guiding light and I am so grateful!
I am a technologically challenged grandmother! I desperately needed help printing photos off my cell phone for picture frames as gifts for Christmas.
That being said, Dominick really put himself out there spending a few hours with me by showing me the computer, combing through pictures, making prints, creating a calendar and saving my pictures on a flash drive. He truly should be recognized for his patience and professionalism. I wanted to share this because he went above and beyond for me! Thank you, thank you and thank you!

I have frequently waited 45+ minutes for prescriptions that they say will be done in 30. Really disappointed in the quality of service. Today everyone who went after me while I was sitting there waiting got their prescriptions before I did.

Told my prescription would be ready in 15 to 20 min. It has now been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting. Horrible service. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again and I'd advise you not to come here. There is no experience, nor friendliness.

We use this Walgreens regularly. The pharmacy is rather busy at times. But I cannot fault them for being slow every once in a while. Stuff happens, eh. They fill scrips as fast as other pharmacies we have used in the past.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Maybe I have to pick just the right time and circumstances to find a rude staff member, because the complaints of rudeness just do not match the friendly service we encounter.

Never have a smooth experience when going to Walgreens pharmacies. The lady that offered to help me, looked up my order, then was rude when telling me it would be another 20 minutes, like she explained to the Drs office that called it in? I had no idea when it would be ready. I always feel as though I am a bother. The staff are always rude, never have items ready as promised. I don’t know why I keep going back hoping for different results. Never any better.

Everybody at the pharmacy is very helpful and over the last 20 some years Lance has helped keep me alive. They always work very hard to make things happen in a very complicated World of insurance and doctors. This store is one of the nicest ones I think there is in Phoenix and everyone is very nice to deal with in general. Very happy

Worst Customer service ever. All the staff is rude and so is the manger. Manager Esperanza is the rude manager I have ever met. I wish I could give them a no stars at all! They don’t know the meaning of courteous. I will never ever visit this Walgreens ever. There are other ones and the staff is so helpful at the one on chandler and the other one at ray.

The staff is always so friendly here. Their shelves are for the most part very clean. They are well stocked. I wish they offered more physical coupons in the store.

Pharmacy closes at 6pm on a Saturday. Is it just me or is that ridiculous for this area? I'm more irritated because it cost me $12 to Uber here and now I'm stuck in the cold really sick and just want to get my prescription filled. Mostly my fault, I should have looked more closely to clarify pharmacy hours compared to store hours, but still. 6pm on a Saturday?

I dropped this from a 5 star review to a 1 star because of the ridiculous experience I had getting my daughter's antibiotic prescription refilled. My insurance wouldn't cover the refill because we lost it in an accident, which is fine, but these people cancelled my prescription without even asking me if I wanted to pay the $25 to treat my daughter's infection. They assumed that I wouldn't be willing to pay for it. I had to call twice to get them to resubmit my order only to have it cancelled once and then after the seco d order, when I drove over to pick It up they had the nerve to tell me they were "out of stock. " I had to drive to the Southern and McClintock location at 8: 30pm because they couldn't tell me in the 4 hours of communication prior that they didn't have the medicine my daughter needed. I will likely never use a Walgreens pharmacy again. I'll be going to CVS, Target, Frys, or even Walmart after this.

Pharmacy is pretty good with the drive-thru, online ordering, etc. I won't go inside though for general items - its a very strange Walgreens, I find. Star lost for not having a 24 hr pharmacy though.

So I went there today (08/29/2017). To get some makeup that I ran out of. While there I was also browsing some other items that intrigued me. However, the sales woman wouldn't leave me alone. It soon became appearant that she was watching me to make sure I didn't steal. Which I never have nor ever will. She followed me throughout the beauty isle. Now I should have told her to stop, but I am not a confrontational person. However, this experience made me uncomfortable. It also made me not want to shop here again. It was blantant racial discrimination. Me, being a hispanic woman was followed, but not two other white women who also came by. No it was a coincidence that she went literally where I went. She followed me to the back to the isle to the front then to the back again before I got fed up and left. After that shd returned to her post. While following me she did nothing but pretend to look at items. So my advise to the store: TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY.

This place charges an exorbitant price for passport photos. I should have checked the prices before going here but didn't expect to pay over $30 for a small little picture for two people, ridiculous. On top of that I had to come back to pick them up due to a computer issue. What a waste of time and money.
