Do Not Use The Pharmacy! Marina, who identified herself as the Pharmacy Operations Manager is the most unprofessional and rudest individual I've ever encountered. She is incompetent and inept and should be fired for she treats customers. No one should be treated the way she treats people!

Every time I've been in this location, employees have been very accommodating, friendly & some of the days have been very few of coworkers.

I will absolutely NEVER give this store any business again. I went in to get myself and my four year old daughter our flu shots. My daughter was working up courage for the hour long wait (w an appointment, which is totally ok- I’m sure they’re understaffed and busy. I’m patient and I get it), but of course when it was her turn she cried and got scared. The pharmacist didn’t even give me a minute to calm her (a four year old) down. She just said “if she’s going to act like this I won’t do it” and walked away. Meanwhile my four year old was begging her to come back bc she “wanted to be brave and get the shot and sticker”. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and I’m pulling my entire families prescriptions from them immediately. Everyone else in the pharmacy but the pharmacist was lovely.

Impossible to request a refill on the phone. Rings, plays music, Rings, plays music. Never picks up. CVS here I come

Employees were VERY helpful.even an employee off the clock (shopping for herself) happened to see I looked a little lost and came up and offered her help.

Went to get a photo printed the other night and the entire staff was so helpful and nice. Probably some of the nicest workers in all of chino valley.

This is the worst store, pharmacy in the state of Arizona! They have the worst customer service and staff, I'll never do business with this store again. Absolutely the most pathetic store and pharmacy I have ever seen! The worst Walgreens ever is located in Chino Valley Arizona, off of HWY 89. They have rude staff and a lack of employees. I repeat, do not do business with this store!

If you need to call them for an Rx refill, and you don't get someone right away, just hang up. You can call back and let yourself be hung up by the pharmacy, or just have your Rx transferred to Chino Valley Pharmacy where they are awesome to work with, professional and friendly.

Walgreens chino valley called refill in on Friday went in Monday wasn't ready waited till Wed still wasn't ready they tell you and everyone else in line 15 minutes how us that going to happen. When I got home they only gave me 30 days not 90 as written. There us no help for these people. Go anywhere else but here.

Have been with this Walgreens for 4 years. Everyone has been super nice. They really know what is going on. The pharmacy is super busy, but they take time with each person to make sure your okay. Check out is smooth. Very professional and friendly.

Change your hours. Would have staid in Prescott to fill if you close at 6. Your website says 10pm and my child is in pain. Thanks!

Wasted my time making an appointment for a drive-through Covid test at this Walgreens. They’re closed. They don’t have anyone to do the test and yet they leave the appointment slots open so you think you can get the test and make the drive over for it. Somebody in the front of the store said they only have one pharmacist and that person is only allowed to work five days a week and they have no control over the appointment system to turn off those other appointments. But now it’s too late to go get an appointment somewhere else without having to wait a few more days.

Worst pharmacy in the world in Chino Valley, you give them your insurance card for your prescriptions and they still don't run it through your insurance.

I would put zero stars if I could. Their money services is a joke. It's always a gamble if their computers will work. They have left me in a bind several times and I have finally decided that going to a real store is my better option. Sad that I must drive 12 miles rather than 2 because of their complete joke of a computer system. Don't waste your time with this store.

Walgreens itself is well, Walgreens. However, this review is for the pharmacy. They are extremely rude and impatient with not just me, but everyone else I observed getting a flu shot or prescription picked up. I understand they may be busy, but the way they speak to the customers is absolutely unacceptable. I will add the pharmacist that was working was ok, but every other pharmacy tech was awful. If you cannot be kind/patient, you should not be working with people.

Would give zero stars if I could. I waited an hour on the phone and was told they don't take my insurance and they would transfer my daughter's med. Never happened. Called back waited an hour phone hung up while I was waiting. Called back again and they never transferred it they said it was out of stock. Who cares if it's out of stock there. I need it transferred. Pathetic service. Now my daughter has to wait til tomorrow hopefully to get her medicine.

I have tried to call the store four times and every time they're automated system hangs up on me. Terrible terrible service

The staff works so hard and diligently to provide superior service, the pharmacy was very busy, but they gave each and every person the time of day and treated everyone very politely. The pharmacist was very polite and went the extra mile to juggle vaccinations and customers questions very professionally and I was very impressed with this hard working team. Thank you very much, it means alot for someone to even try, let alone, make sure the customers were taken care of effectively.

We went to the pharmacy to pick up $178 prescription and the clerk, Rylie, not only told us about a discount pharmacy website, but went on her phone to look our prescription up and found a code that saved us $100. All the staff that I observed there were helpful and friendly
