Very quick service and professional handling of my new medications. My husband and I were impressed at the excellent pharmacy and service. We look forward to making this our new drugstore.

The pick up date decided between you your doctor and your insurance will be arbitrarily changed even if you get a text that it's ready. The people who work here can't be trusted to actually hand out medication.

They need to update their Pharmacy hours on the website. Got there at 3: 45pm and the sign at the Pharmacy says temporary Pharmacy hours, 8am to 1: 30pm. Thanks Walgreens, drove 10 miles to get there, now I have to quadruple my gas use because I have to come back tomorrow.

Despite what it says when you book your appointment, they will NOT give you the updated COVID-19 booster if you don’t show proof of vaccination. Despite showing records of my first dose and my first booster, the pharmacist refused to help.

Here to get a prescription. Needed to check if med is in stock. Rph told me i had to wait in line. 30min later, i was told they were out of stock.
Cant call ahead cuz they will not tell me over the phone if they have this. I drive 3 hrs to get this as I live on an Indian reservation.
If there was Anywhere else i could go to get prescriptions I WOULD.next time ill go the 5.5hrs to go to Phoenix & use any other pharmacy.
I know you all dont even care but if i can spead the word anout how rude & unprofessional Walgreens is I will make it one of my goals in retirement

Needed a prescription refill, missed the expiration date by 2 days. Asked them if they could contact my dentist to refill it, they said they would. Called my dentist and they said they could do that. Checked in with pharmacy five days later, said dentist was not responsive to their requests. Called dentist who said they were not contacted and transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy within the next day. No clue why Walgreens refused to refill this prescription. It was for a high fluoride toothpaste. Will not be filling my prescriptions here anymore.

Took forever, like an hour and a half. No signs telling where to go so I waited in line for forever until they told me I had to use the drive through, then waited for a year or two in line in the drive through only to be told that I had to use the other lane. No signs informing me of any of this. Had to go all the way around again and they were going so slow, 20 minutes a car slow. Not a good experience

My husband and I scheduled COVID testing which we needed to travel out of the country for work weeks in advance at another Walgreens. A few hours before our appointment, we received a call to let us know they ran out of tests. How do they run out of tests? !

We drove to this location hoping that they would honor our appointment since they are also Walgreens. The pharmacist was not helpful initially. After I explained how we needed the test that day for testing for work, the pharmacist told us to have a seat and said she would make a call.

Well, she just wanted to get rid of us. We waited quite a while before we left. She never bothered to get back to us. She acted like she would help so we would leave the window. Really pathetic that one Walgreens does not honor cancelled appointments from another Walgreens.

I agree that you get better customer service at Walmart. Pharmacists we're ride when asking a simple question. Let a line filling out a simple prescription.

Travis is by far the best pharmacist in Flagstaff! He has been extremely helpful during my medication shortage and handled questions under extremely stressful conditions, during the pandemic, with nothing but professionalism! I can’t say enough good things about him, Walgreens is lucky to have him!

On a busy Friday night, I was able to get my prescription dropped off and filled in about 10 minutes. Ashley and Debra were very quick and helpful, so shout out to them! And the physician working in the pharmacy, whose name I did not catch, was very pleasant too. Thank you!

Genuinely disgusting service. I've never had problems at Walgreens but one of the Pharmacists was incredibly condescending and claimed that I "do not need my prescription in the first place" when I encountered issues with insurance and my doctors. You'd think jobs aligning with the medical field would understand not every chronic illness is visible and treated the same.

I stood at the photo counter waiting for someone to help me pick up some pictures I printed. The associates kept walking in and out of the photo area and not stopping to help me. I decided I go to the register towards the front and stand in line there to get help. The guy said someone at the photo area would help me. I told him no one there was helping me and he said that lady will help you. He said something to her and when I went over to get help she had a bad attitude. It was literally supposed to be a quick in and out pick up but their customer service sucks.

Pharmacy always has a long line. Booked an appointment for a flu shot and was not seen at the time I booked. Really need to hire more employees.

Made flu shot appts online, were told when we arrived for those appointments to wait in line behind people with products/medicines at the pharmacy checkout, only to get to the front and be told that we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes (an hour after the actual appt time). The attendant seemed to know that we would probably elect to leave. Seems they aren’t really interested in giving flu shots at this location. Just a heads up.
