Hands down worst Walgreens in the state. Called, said 1 person a head of me. Sat on hold for 30 minutes. Phone rang. Hung up on. Called back, said 3 people ahead of me. Happens every time I call this Walgreens

Change your provider and save yourself the headache. Stood in line today for 20+ minutes just for everyone to chitchat with an off the clock coworker that came in for her own medicine. People come there to get the meds they need, not to listen to the employees at the pharmacy talk about their covid experiences amongst each other. Ive been trying to get my wife meds for weeks now. The doctor says she did her end, insurance said it's absolutely approved, Walgreens says the doctor never sent it and it's not approved through insurance. Which out of the three do you think is giving me the run around?

I came to pick up my prescription and the younger girl behind the desk was very rude and I was nothing but nice to her. Then they gave me the wrong pills in my refill luckily I called them and they said they where out of mine so they just gave me something different like someone should not have a job anymore that’s dangerous to people.
