Rudest pharmacy experience I have ever encountered. Been going there for 19 years.

I called the pharmacy to check to see if they had my medication in store. I was told they couldn’t tell me over the phone I had to come in with the prescription. Which is not true. The medication was out of stock at my regular pharmacy. My doctor would submit electronic but this person wouldn’t assist me claiming it was illegal. Not True I called other locations and no such problem.

Came today to pick up my prescription and a photo order, my daughter had to use the bathroom. An associate said we can use the bathrooms on the back after I had asked. An alarm went off and she just stood there staring at us. Another lady with curly brown hair came after like 3 minutes saying I should have read the sign that says to ask for help lol… just very poor customer service, disappointed.

Pharmacy lady was really nice. I’ll just stick to using the drive through and going somewhere else if I ever need anything from inside.

The lady who answers the phone most of the time at the pharmacy has a terrible attitude. Called at 9am, very nice and pleasant, and she still had a bad attitude. Maybe time to find another job that you enjoy? Because it’s ridiculous that the public has to deal with a person like that when trying to do something as important as getting medicine.

Pharmacy helped me get my prescriptions within an hour of my dr calling it in.
