3/23/21 (12: 32 p.m.) -Recommend corporate management secret shopper review of front cashier position. Too many concerns to list.

Just went to buy ice, the cashier decided to have a 15 minute conversation with the customer ahead of me. I gave the manager? 5 dollars for the bag of ice and walked out and the teller had the audacity to accuse me of not paying for the ice. I recommend not patronizing this particular store.

The lady in the photo dept. Was not helpful at all. Went in and didnt get what we wanted. And made it quite clear that she really wasn't interested in what we needed at all.

This is my favorite Walgreens. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You can find things here when the other Walgreens are out. I’ve gone here for years for Holiday candy for my kids when the Walgreens by my house was out. Not just candy either, when Walgreens near me is out I come here and they usually will have whatever I’m looking for.

Horrible customer service from Michael in the pharmacy. He refused to call my doctor to help me check on a prescription when the doctor told me they already called the pharmacy. Michael had the nerve to tell me that I have no right to be upset & he hung up on me. Horrible horrible service!

Staff always friendly and helpful, have most items I need. Pharmacy is very good, gives excellent flu shots etc, always get my scripts pretty fast. Usually go in daytime, seen drifters hanging around at night, recommend telling staff inside if having any problems.

I just moved to the area and I HAVE WITNESSED HOW POORLY THE EMPLOYEES TREAT SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS
All human beings deserve to be treated with respect! No matter their social status!
Walgreens, if you don’t like the kind of people you suppose to be serving with dignity (and by the way! Customers who are spending their money to make you rich!) Then move along to another area!
Don’t want to shop there any longer! ️

Came to use Western Union on there kiosk the touch screen wasn't wirkwor properly.and waited for about 10 minutes for sales representative named joey to help and told him the issue and he laughed and continued to do what he was doing

Where do I start? How bout with the trash, prostitutes, thugs, homeless, thieves. Yah that is what hangs out and frequents this place. Pull up any time of day or night and you're likely to have a thing ask you for money or a cigarette. It's disgusting! Management and employees don't care. They need to take a stand and get the riff raff out of here. Contantly see druggies or prostitutes go in the store with backpacks on. This is a huge *****HELLO REDFLAG-SHOP LIFTER ALERT****
. Witnesssed plenty of shopliftings happen here. Due to my career I have natural ability to pick up on this activity immediately. When brought to an employee or managements attention, their response is always-, there's not much we can do. Well I'm tired of paying higher prices because of the low lifes!
I have a solution. I understand Walgreens is closing select stores nationwide. Let's start here! Better yet I know plenty of contractors that would assist with bulldozing at a fair price.
I'm serious, we need to eliminate the scum hangouts up and down Main St.
I encourage others to speak up.

It’s fine. They only screwed up my prescription three times. Transferred to another Walgreens and they were great. Had it fixed within minutes.

The store overall is nice and friendly. Pharmacy is messy and they seem to go through pharmacists on a monthly basis. Female Pharmacy tech is always rude and unkempt.

Good pharmacist and they are always happy to help and seem to be in a good mood everytime I go in there.

Staff is always friendly and will help you find anything if you need them too. Full of amazingly priced sale items each week always with a huge variety to choose from. I live right next to Walgreens & to be honest I would be lost w/o it!
