Walgreens, Scottsdale AZ

Always clean, friendly and in a great location for a quick treat or coffee. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for pharmacy assistance at this location and they offer flu shots.

This store for over 10 years has always had the rudest staff. The woman in the Boots No. 7 beauty section is always so indifferent, no smile, acts as if you're inconveniencing her and her time. The pharmacy has gotten a bit better but also should be retrained in customer service, and very slow. Front check out never seems to be welcoming either. I only gave 2 stars bc of the location.

Service is slow but this is a good quality, clean Walgreens. Just speed up the registers and you’re rolling.

The staff is very nice but are beat. The service is so slow and they are over worked with too little staff making customers line up 10 in line inside and out. Shame on you Walgreens for making this a stressful work environment.

Regular Walgreens. Been in and out of it for years and had pretty good luck with it as a whole.

Two issues: they run very lean on labor. I often see one person running all over the place in the pharmacy - handling the drive thru and the walk up customers and the telephone and other customers on the floor that may have questions. I don't see that with CVS at all. This also translates into longer hold times on the phone.

Second issue: the automated telephone system doesn't give detailed accurate information. So if you really want to know what's going on, you have to actually talk to a human, which they don't give enough labor for. So expect to be on hold or to interface with harried employees when they become available.

All of this boils down to bad corporate management from my limited perspective. The store employees really do seem to try their best.

I just called the Walgreen's pharmacy to see if they had a prescription that I was in a rush to have filled for an upcoming trip. The pharmacist, Violet, was extremely helpful and responsive to my request. She was courteous in taking down my information and locating the drug which was in stock. I had such a good experience and was so impressed by her professionalism. I recommend this Walgreens without reservation.

The pharmacy here is an absolute joke. Their monotone soulless creepy staff does not know ANYTHING! They have wasted my time on many occasions and are a danger to the people they "serve" AVOID this pharmacy at all cost! The head pharmacist herself (did not get a name) is a condescending horrid woman. Go to CVS / Frys if you want some actual intellect in the ones giving you drugs that could kill you if improperly used. Or if you just plain don't want your time wasted by wretched people.

Do not go to this Walgreens for passport photos! The pictures are taken with a crappy low end digital camera. We weren't given a chance to preview the photos and were just given a package containing them.
They were laughable mug shots. Really? For $16 per passport photo pair. We will keep them only to laugh at how absurdly bad they are. Are you a real photo department? I think not.
Further insult to injury, the employee didn't offer that there is a current store coupon to save on the cost of the photos.

I don’t know how they haven’t gotten in huge trouble this is the 4th time with the wrong medication given to me. Please check meds before you get them staff is careless and rude. Horrible!

Well I looked on the website and their pharmacy's hours are listed to open at 7am. So I take my prescription for my nausea medicine in at 8: 30am and guess what. That're F-ING CLOSED! What kind of service is that and what kind of stupid pharmacy isn't open on 8: 30 am on a weekday? Ruined my day. Thanks a lot. I won't be back.

Its a nice local store, I get all of my prescriptions there and late night have to have stuff. Would recommend to all of my neighbors.
