Walgreens, Phoenix AZ

I had a very nice visit at Walgreens store. Found everything i was looking for. Miguel one of the employees there was an excellent help. I was looking for a string of some sort to keep my glasses from falling off because everytime I have to wear my mask my glasses fall off. Instead of wondering around trying to find this item, I asked Miguel. He immediately took me exactly to where the product was at in seconds. Usually something like that is not quite so easy to find. I love Walgreens and I visit various Walgreens in Phoenix. But this visit to this location was especially nice. When I went on to pay for my items the cashier was very pleasant as well and he had time for a pleasant little chat. It's employees like this that really give Walgreens a great name as a company. Thank you Walgreens for hiring the best at this location.

Very bad service! A big guy worker was just talking with other worker at pictures area, the other worker was very busy printing and packing and this guy just talking to her, and 4 people waiting in line, this guy just was like he don't care we were there, finally he look at me but he asked me what you need? I say good morning Sr. I need pick up my pictures. In a lazy mood. And Other customer left from line. The other cashier had about 3 or 4 people in line and, this guy sent me and sent other customers over to the other cashier to pay our pictures. So he can play with his phone and keep taking with the othe asociate. Printing was bad in pictures. The material was damage.
I order often my medications and pictures here. No more. Looking for other fharmacy By Walgreens.

Just went to the drive thru pharmacy. First time. Waited in line for 30-40 minutes. I chose to wait instead of going inside. There are two lanes in the drive thru, the window lane is always packed but the vacuum tub lane is typically empty. This location was 2 cars in the vacuum tub lane and 5 in the window lane.

I was putting my phone in my pocket and the lady who works their said i was trying to STEAL something when in fact i WAS NOT.whatever i come here all the time with my family but from now on we WILL NOT ENTER here again or shop here again. OMG.it makes me sick to be honest.

Walk in, spend $10, ask to use the restroom. Clerk says she'll send someone over. No one showed up.why is it such a problem to take a whizz at Walgreens? Guess they just want you to whizz in the lot or behind the building.

LOVE ALL the pharmacists here. We moved & even come back to this one-The Best Service and very personable.

Switched from Walmart pharmacy to this Walgreens and i love it! They always have my medications in stock and drive through option is perfect since i'm always on the go. Never have an issue with this pharmacy. Shout out to the pharmacist Eric, he has helped me multiple times with things like helping me find an over the counter eye redness medication to helping me apply discount cards to get the cost of my medication lower. Thanks Eric!

This is the worst customer service of any walgreens I've ever been too the manager is Rude and the PX is no better they have repeatedly let me down in more ways than I can word. STAY CLEAR FROM THERE!

The reason why I rate this as a 5 star is simply because, it is very simple to order your medication, and to receive your medication
The staff are also very attentive, and prepared for any situation to come. Anyways good Walgreens in my opinion!
