Walgreens, Scottsdale AZ

I have always enjoyed coming to this Walgreen's as the personnel are competent, friendly and in tune to their customer's needs. I particularly love both Matt and Zach who always have a smile and kind word to say. It makes shopping here not such a chore!

I have to disagree with John Fong's review. Everytime I have gone to this particular Walgreens I am greeted with professional courtesy and attention particularly when looking for something in specific. Matt has always been friendly and accommodating and have never seen him while at the store ignore a customer.

My pharmacy of choice is this specific Walgreens. The staff have always been courteous and helpful, especially a young man by the name of Matt. He's always been ready to help and always professional.

Worst pharmacy ever. They treat everyone like a drug addict. Especially the pharmacist.
Just the worst.
If you have the option, please go somewhere else.
They're very selective on who and how they treat their customers.

I love this Pharmacy. They know us here and they are always friendly. We have been using them for 6 years now and will continue to use them.

Always a great experience with nice sale prices! The cashier on March 24th, 2019 is exceptional! (short with dark hair and glasses)

Every time I go in here there’s a cashier who provides amaculate customer service. Today an older woman was short $5 on her total and had no extra money. He said “short $5? I got you covered” and stuck his debit card in and paid the rest for her. Walgreens is already great but the customer service at this location makes it even better.

Over the phone on two separate occasions a male pharmacist there that I'm not sure was the same person was extremely unhelpful, smug, and worst of all, condescending to me when I asked them each a serious prescription question after they screwed up the process of refilling my prescription in a timely manner. Stay away from this Walgreens pharmacy on McDonald and Granite Reef in Scottsdale.

I spoke with a lady in pharmacy I believe her name was Brianna. HORRIBLE attitude and customer service. Unwilling to try and help, continued to interrupt me when I was asking questions after Walgreens had given me wrong information. Due to her attitude I'm taking my business to CVS and will not use Walgreens for anything again. Get better employees.

My local Walgreens, clerks are great, helpful, friendly. Prefer Walgreens to CVS because of this location and staff over the 10 years I've been in this neighborhood. Thank you, Walgreens!
