Never answer the phone and just hang up if you stay on hold. Walgreens is the only pharmacy I have trouble with
Nobody ever answers the phone. Getting a medication is always an ordeal, start to finish. Few things about the experience with this pharmacy could be worse.

This place has really gone downhill in the last year and a half or so. Not sure what’s up. There is ALWAYS an issue with filling a prescription now and it didn’t use to be that way. Filling the wrong prescription, staff unable to find a prescription at pickup, sending refill requests to wrong places, always a long line, long waits when calling. Not sure if every pharmacy is this bad now but I’ll find out. Done with this one.
