I loaded and order 4x6 prints (maybe 60 or 80) and requested those prints at the store in which I used their app. I was told online they would be ready by 3: 01 and 3: 40 (2 batches). I heard 2 other people who came in to pick up photos ordered online earlier (one said they ordered at 10am. Theirs we not ready and when I checked on my 1st set they were not either. I asked the cashier (who seemed to be doubling as photo machine operator) when I could expect mine to be ready. She replied I have no idea, I have 2 sets of people already waiting for theirs so it depends on how many customers I have and how much chance I have to run back and forth to go over to push print. The photo dept has been moved right next to cashiers. So I'm guessing the cashier is expected to do both. She was alone up front. So. I have not called or stopped back by as I ran out of time. We shall see if my prints get done and if so when. Seems like a better plan is needed. Maybe discontinue doing that app. If there is no one who has time to cashier and make sure photos get done. But if there is no promise of time ready or estimate and seemingly the possibility they will be not printed at all. Don't think I'll be using their service again.
