6The worst. They expected me to wait 3-4 HOURS for a simple oil change! No way!
I attempted to buy some tires there. The guy asked me what size tires I had. I told him I could give him the type of car I had. He put it into his computer. He then said it was giving him too many options and needed to know what the sticker inside the door said. He asked me which one was my car. He saw where it was parked and told me to go take a picture of the sticker so he could see what it said. Mind you there was another employee there and he could have gone out there himself. That right there told me that they don't know what they are doing and don't really care about customer service. I left and went to a local tire store where the associate right away went and looked at that sticker himself!
Public service announcement. We just moved to Nogales, so in a pinch (literally) I took our 4 cylinder Nissan Versa Note for a Synthetic oil change & "complimentary tire rotation".
We were charged $92.15 for the oil change. Left there feeling "pinched".
Our 2020 Ram 8 cylinder truck also needed an oil change. We took it to the Walmart service center in Nogales, for a Synthetic oil change. Charge for that $58.17.
What a difference, in price.

WARNING! WARNING! I bought four Goodyear tires from this place brand new. I spent around over $650. They bent one of my rims and did not want to take responsibility for bending the rim. The guy that worked there could not get the tire off the rim so he ended up bending my Rim trying to get the tire off to put the new one on! DO NOT go to this place for your tires! You will regret it!
Great prices and service but lately they have been heavily understaffed. Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change.
Take to long for a trailer tire to be repaired an hour and a half with no customer in the service area, very disappointed with the service, the thech told me that couldn't repair the tire according to the policy i ask for a copy of the policy but the couldn't provide one.
