4Worst, slowest service ever. They used to be so good. Showed up at 7 am, employees didn't arrive until 7: 15, I was the 3rd person and there were 3 mechanics. Took an hour and a half.
Do Not Waste Your Time Like I Did. I got there at 6: 45am knowing they open at 7am to be 1st in line which I was. They did not even open their doors until 7: 15am. Observed the techs getting to work at 7: 10 & 7: 12am. Finally got checked in at 7: 20am and went to walk around the store, came back at 8am and my car had not moved, I observed the 2 techs both working on a car that got there at 7: 20am. I went and asked the man Robert at the counter what was going on and he had no clue. Got my car and drove to the Walmart in Mesa and was done in 20 mins. The Walmart on Market St.in Gilbert is a joke.
Got my truck towed there because I had a flat. Off the top Alan said that they don't have my size tire. Okay I was like can you order them? He was like its going to take a week to get them. Woww! And this is a tire shop. Poor costumer service
Didn't try to help me find one or even put my spare on. Lazy! So I changed my tire myself in front of them. Then asked for a oil change. Then the guy was like, I don't think we have a oil filter for that. Woww Walmart!
From now on I'm going to Discount Tire. You just lost a loyal customer!
Called to do an oil change and said they will be really busy all day, mind you I called at 7am…great answer thanks for the help
