7Their costumer service i very good but the work that they do in your vehicle is very very slow, it took them 2 hours and 24 min. To install 4 new tires in a truck.
Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be Walmart Automotive mechanics. They do bad work on your cars, vans and trucks. Let them be landscapers and bartenders and such.
I’d I had a dollar every time I heard the young fellas say, ‘Sorry there’s a two hour wait for your oil change’ (even though there’s only one vehicle in the shop in the oil change lane), well I might just be able to afford a bag of groceries from the wonderful world of Walmart.
Mind you, the old gentlemen who works there has always ushered me in and never claimed it would take more than 20 minutes. Lord, bless that man. Protect him at all costs in your blessed firmament. The other ones, great lord, please cracketh your mighty whip across their backsides and make ‘em jump. For idle hands are the devil’s workshop and he who walks the righteous path shall bear no false witness to the oil change line.
My husband and I came through the auto care center to buy a car battery. There was no one to help us check out, so we hauled it and our trade-in battery to the front of the store. We had parked near the auto center, so we went to the back of the store to return to our car. Even though the auto center was open and there were people working on cars, the door was locked, and we had no way to contact someone to open it. So we had to go back to the front of the store and go outside after dark and go all the way around the building to get to our car.
As always very professional this is the second time I’ve got a set of tires at this Walmart order them online. They had it done within a half hour would recommend to everyone.
I've had my oil changed there several times now and they still seem to impress me each time. And what a great price! Thanks Wal-Mart
Aside from scratching our rims they did a great job. And the so called "cheap tires" are holding up very well.
