Walmart Auto Care Centers, Kingman AZ

I was told it would be a 3 hour wait to change a tire, so I agreed. It was about 4.5 hours of actual wait time. No apologies for the misinformation, no explination as to why but at the 3 hour mark I was told I was next and it would take 10 minutes as my tire was already off the car. 1.5 hours later it is done.

Been stopping there for years love it I haven't gone this week but I need to have an oil change and a new battery if I could get a jump start from Golden valley to get up there LOL amigo early Sunday morning or Monday morning

As busy as they were because of their tire sale, they took in my car because I had a slow leak in my tire. In about an hour, they fixed it, put it back on my car.and at an unbelievably small cost. Thanks to the Walmart Auto & Tire crew

Customer service was poor first gentleman to help me that was wearing red was very polite and helpful everybody else ignored people. Heard my car keep on revving so I went out there, someone in the car could not drive a stick… they ended up just pushing my car in the bay! When I walked over there to ask if they needed help I could smell my poor clutch.

Called on them phone to get information on tires. Seemed like a struggle to get an answer. Drove to get information in person. Received different answers from what was said on the phone. Was told to go through the website and then I could bring in the tire. Distributor said Walmart does not do that. So I received 3 different answers from 3 people employed and/or associated with this company.

Simple high milage oil change, check and top off fluids. Was supposed to be 30$ ended up costing $41 and some change. Ok, next day engine is running rough. It was over a quart of oil low. So I added a quart and tried to drive to the closest place to me to see what's wrong (because I wouldn't have made it all the way back to Walmart). They, didn't change my oil filter! They took it off and didn't tighten it all the way back up! Luckily another shop found this for me and didn't charge me (i gave them a tip anyway).

Walmart defrauded me (not slander, 100% facts), and it almost cost me my entire engine. It you like to pay to be screwed over then this is the place to go. Walmart supercenter in Kingman AZ.

Checking out is getting harder and harder

Most of the overcrowding is because of the volume of Walmart employees, almost none of them can answer simple questions.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I set up an appointment for 2 front tires, I drop it off 15 minutes early and go do my grocery shopping. An hour later I come back, they haven’t touched it. Another hour goes by, still haven’t touched it. I finally ask because the guy told me within an hour. Some emergency came in so I got pushed, thanks for the heads up. It took 3 HOURS to get 2 tires put on. On top of that, when I first made the appointment, he told me it was $208 out the door. I come back to drop it off, he tells me $212. Okay fine whatever, a couple dollars. When I go to finally get my car, he tells me it’s $230. How on earth? And the guy also told me to put the tires on was only $11 per tire. Nope it’s $15. Then last minute they put a tire fee and a tpms service fee which I was never told about. I could’ve saved myself time by going to Stockton hill tire and spend the same amount but I could’ve been out within an hour! Never coming back. Even when I tried calling to make the appointment, they NEVER answer the phone. When you’re in there waiting you can hear the phone go off over and over again but the guy that works the front never answers. Definitely lost a customer today!

The lady behind the counter was very pleasant. But service techs were slow after waiting for more than 2 hours they had not gotten to my vehicle's oil change. I decided to get my vehicle and try to come back another day. Onions to Walmart shift planners and vehicle technician team.

I got here at 11: 50 today. Only 2 other cars in the lot in front of the tire center. Old bald guy running the register says it'll b 2 hours to get my tire patched, and another 45 min to get an oil change. He seemed to not want to be bothered and wanted me to say nvrmnd. So I said I would wait. And like I suspected, it only took 40 minutes for them to get my car in. At 12: 26 I got a text saying my car was in. At 1: 00 I paid for my milk and other cold items thinking my car would be done any sec. It took them an hour an a half to do a basic 5 minute oil change and to patch 1 tire! I kept walking outside while my food was getting warm only to see no1 working on my car. I will NEVER go here again unless it's the last spot on earth! The lady before me had an appointment and had to get a manager after 2.5 hrs just to get tires. Such a ridiculous place!

I thought all Walmart auto centers operated the same. My oil change was one hour forty five minutes. Try again Kingman.

I was only there to exchange a car battery for a buddy. I avoid Walmart as much as possible.

Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars. My husband has been there since this morning and he's still there as of 5pm for a simple tire rotation, replacing a tire and an oil change. He's been waiting there for HOURS. You have wasted a complete day of ours which was supposed to be used for packing to move. Now you're telling him it won't be ready until 6 maybe later. But you told him you have been working on it since 11: 20am? Seems like somebody needs to be fired and customer services needs to be prioritized

I went in there they have a good prices good products but unfortunately they didn't have the battery I was looking for I would have to go to bullhead City and purchase

It's okay. But most of the time they are out of what you need.
