A bunch of incompitence they will charge you for things you didnt ask for look at your reciept carefully you will be ripped off and good luck getting a member of management to help you this place is a complete joke

My tire sensor kept coming on. I came here for help and help they did. I found out that changing weather can effect tire pressure. Also, I came on Christmas Eve once and a girl in the garage saved me. She was awesome!

I'm giving 4 stars because I had a 7am appointment for 4 new tires, and I didn't get out of there till nearly 8: 30 am. In bay late, but the mechanic was super nice and even noticed that I didn't need two of the four tires purchased. I kept all four new tires. There were no staff to help check out, so the wait was even longer.
Overall, because of the honesty of the mechanic, I would recommend going here, just be prepared to spend a little longer than normal.

Absolute garbage! I was told my damaged tire replacement was still under warranty so I okayed the work. When I went to pay I was informed the tire was in fact not under warranty and I needed to pay $160 more than I was quoted. The manager was called and not helpful at all and told me this is a learning opportunity and they will do better in the future and was unwilling to do anything about the mistake. So since I was unwilling to pay the extra money they put my old tire back on and wasted 2hrs of my time. Thanks Walmart you guys are horrible!

I absolutely dread going to this place to get any car service done. I hate that this the only place I can afford to go because most of the employees here are horrible at customer service. I've been told to call to make appointments for tires and when I do it's literally like pulling teeth and was told today and previously that they don't make appointments for tires then I show up and I'm yelled at for not having an appointment. My husband and I use our vehicles for work so we get work done frequently and the employees never make it an easy process. The only person ever willing to help is the manager José. Gilbert who answers the phones usually gives out wrong information. Not to mention you can be the only person pulled up and it will take them more than 10 mins to acknowledge your existence. I hate that his place is my only option financially because it's NEVER a good or easy experience.

I don't know what woman took the call but I was attempting to make an appointment for an oil change (I didn't know it was first come, first serve) and just to get her to understand the question was miserable. "I was wondering if I can get an oil change at 730 am for whatever day you have open" is what I said, was rephrased 3 different times because the woman kept asking me "so what's the question? " three times until I simply said "an oil change, at 730 am. " That's not even considering that she was either talking extremely low or far from the phone, I had my phone blasting, right up next to my ear, and most I could hear was mumbling or nothing at all. Multiple times either she or I said hello just to make sure the other person was there. Just giving her my name was pulling teeth, told her Sanchez loudly and she thought it was a name that started with an F. Gave her my car model and she told me one moment, five minutes go by and nothing. Finally a man gets on the phone, says Hello? I tell him can I get an oil change at 730 am and he tells me straight forward that it's first come, first serve. Simple answer. Clear as day. Which makes me wonder how loud the woman was talking or how far away she was. That woman should not be on the phone if she can't understand and answer a simple request.

I have never seen anyone work so slow. We were waiting from the time I left my truck to leaving 5 and 1/2 hours.

Appointment only but was able to drop off 2 wheels on a Sunday morning and pick up 2 hours later

Got a set of new tires. The staff was courteous and promptly completed the work under 1 hour.

Terrible & gets worse every time we try to use them! The employees try to discourage us from using their services when trying to get an oil change or tires. They make excuses then say to make an appointment. Then they are too incompetent to make appoints when asked. Run before wasting your time here! I ended up next door at Brake Max & got excellent customer service & didn't have to wait.

This place is not a good place to go the staff is ride they are super slow and it took 45 minutes before anyone greeted me or talked to me it was ridiculous and the woman who works in this area was rude and very disrespectful

Ummmm. It's not showing any in stock at this time even though we carry it, so. I can't tell you how much it costs bro.

I wish the tire installer wouldn't change my radio station then not turn it back to where I had it. Also the guy that took my information didn't get it right. I bought 3 tires this time because I replaced one tire 2 moths ago. They were going to replace my good tire with another one and leave a bad tire on. How dumb. Luckily they were smart enough to call me before they screwed up.

If the employees would spend more time working than goofing around it would not 2 hours to get the oil change to your vehicle. And there is no leadership they run around like headless chickens.
