Walmart Distribution Center, Buckeye AZ

Visited first time there, approximately 6 hours took to unload. Nice and cooperative staff. At the entrance, you got all the instructions and door. Go to the door slides your trailer tendom to the rear, unhook your tractor, pack it in packing space near the main office, then proceed to main office, there you will have restroom. Don't close your door before exit. They put the empty pallets in my trailer.

They have problems downloading. The download time is 8 am. I arrived 3 am before the time. The appointment is 5 hours. They do not have a night Barking. I came back to them at 7 am. They gave me Baba at 7: 30 am.finished 1: 29 pm.put Security is on point. The shipping/receiving clerks were very polite and tentative.

Long line, somewhat disorganized. I was live unloading, then picking up a preload. Guards had me go in, get unloaded, then exit facility with empty trailer, only to turn around and re enter with said empty. Check in for preload, drop empty, pickup preload, then exit again. Sound ridiculous? ! 3 hours for live unload, another hour doing the dance for preload. Guards were polite, just set in their ways.

What a disappointing place been here for over 5 hours. Drivers don't take or deliver for Walmart. No respect for those who drive for them.

The Sams club/ Walmart DC was great, 09: 00 appt, checked in @ 07: 30, out the gate by 10: 00. The yard driver I had the privilege of talking to was not so great. I pulled up in front of my door, got out to open my trailer doors, and there he is honking. I asked what the problem was and he said you are blocking my trailer. Explained what I was doing and was told to back up and get out of his way! I know yard driver's usually have the right of way, but this was ridiculous! Other than that, no issues.

Good attention they get to you fairly quick just make sure you have the correct appointment fate and time they will reject you if you don't. 2 to 3 hr wait to unload.

Only neg thing I have to say is no overnight parking. Had a 7/5 7: 30 am appt showed up at 8pm on 7/4 (a holiday) and they unloaded me then. Awesome!

Don’t know much about this establishment other than it’s a pretty big warehouse, it’s right around the corner from my home

This is my second time that I delivered here and I had a bad experience.
I arrived on time, I waited 1 hour to get a door, I unhooked the trailer and 5 hours after they called me to let me know that I was already empty.

Besides, people wasn't that nice.

This is not a good place will keep you here for more than 5 hours make you wait until your hair is grey longer is your worksheet

Arrived 5 hours early. Was told to park on the street and wait for appointment time. 1 hour later police knocked my door and said Walmart complained about me parking on the street so I have to move and find different location to spend my waiting hours. This is the last time I'm doing Walmart delivery.

Waited 4.5 hours to be unloaded. When I went in to get paperwork, heard a worker tell another worker, "I don't like that guys attitude, tell him the loads will be ready in 20 minutes but we aren't loading his five guys until tomorrow". Hope those five guys were getting stand by time!

3 hours to load is better then 5 but still ridiculous. We don't have a driver shortage. We have a shortage of shippers and receivers carrying about our time.
