Walmart Neighborhood Market, Tucson AZ

I thought pickup was free. I only needed a few items and when I went to check out it wanted to charge me additional for being under minimum requirement. Bait and switch much!? !

I really like this walmart it's prices are so much better. I find my Juices here that the Super Walmart doesn't carry.

This store wasn't to bad.could of been a little cleaner. The cashier could of been a little more helpful.also needs bags for the flowers in front of store.

Outdated store, limited selections and low inventory. Only one cashier on duty and self checkout doesn't take cash, employees are rude. There's a smell that I can't identify

Always able to find what I need and prices are reasonable. Some staff members are niceand some are rude and not caring to the customers needs especially the elderly

Its crowded and ratchet af. Theres all kinds of bumms and vagrants casing the customers as they leave to see who their next victim will be. On the other hand, they did just upgrade the store and now have a wider/more up-to-date selection of items. Also they added more checkout lanes (both self checkout and full service checkout). So at least it is a minimal wait to checkout and go get robbed on your way out in the parking lot.

The young white girl at register one was critiquing my driver's license one piece of lamination fell off the corner and she denied my purchase a bottle of Hennessy even though I waited in line because the self checkouts are card only so I waited in line with everyone else using cash a good 25 minutes. And she denied me now I'm going to go to Fry's and get the same thing for lower prices with better happier friendly local crew

The management needs to look into the foul odor that permeates the entire store. This odor has been there for over a year. I can’t be the only customer that has made a complaint about this. Why hasn’t anything been done? It is a health violation. I’m sure everyone is breathing in mold or worse. No mask will stop the odor from smacking you in the face. Any customer can tell you that the odor is strongest in the cheese area. Perhaps, the cottage cheese was accidentally dumped in the vents or something and has been rotting in there. Anyway, I try to shop there as fast as possible when I absolutely need to go there but tend to choose the Walmart at Houghton and Broadway or Speedway and Kolb if I need to be in the store for more than 5 minutes. I’m sure that this review won’t be read by the management as they are probably too busy “running the store” but hopefully a district manager might see this and rectify the situation so customers will spend more time in the store and ultimately spend more money. Produce is questionable and rotting to store needing to dismiss certain employees. This store needs an overhaul on who they hire from the store manager to the inept employee on register 1 Friday night. Worst Walmart experience and with my background in management and customer service I dealt with halfwit individuals who should be removed. I guess if you can’t get a job elsewhere, this is your “career” at Walmart you aren’t rubbing too many brain cells. No wonder Walmart started the self checkout because they can’t hire people who understand customer service.

Rarely have what I want/need. Will carry an item for 6 mos then discontinue it. Not sure why they have employees stock during operating hours. Customers constantly interrupting them and they take much longer to stock. At least at night, no customers in employees way and no merchandise in way of the customers.

It was extremely busy here today not sure why but seems everything I need they are out of stock! Not the first time with the same product maybe they forgot to order it again? ! The cashier that helped me was very nice

Store is close. But lines are terrible. They ran out of coins so self checkout only card and having issues with card. Bought expired food and had to return. Worst vegatable selection ever. My lettuce is absolutely wilty, which will be thrown or return to them again

They were out of cilantro fresh and they were out of monster 12 packs if you double they are or 10 packs I think they're 12 packs. Other than that the store was clean fully stocked in other areas oh yeah and the other thing to the Gatorade and Powerade were empty today is July 18th 2021

The shelves were a little bare. There was two or three items that I usually buy there that weren't available. There were three or four employees who were very busy stalking the shelves, but they were probably still out of stock from the long holiday weekend. But I really like shopping at the Camino Seco store. The employees are really nice and helpful.

Always nice to go to this location - fresh fruit and veggies in abundance even before the Memorial day holiday. Cashier's are always very pleasant!

The employees are friendly, but management really needs to look at there produce, and meat departments, I won't buy meat there because there is always a bad smell from the cooler/bunkers, and the produce never looks fresh.

This place has tons of available parking and the store is really clean. They have a security guard at the front of the store which could either mean they often have problems with customer or they don't because there is one. Either way, it's a nice store that has a little bit of everything for those that live around the area.

My very first time in this Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.
