Walmart Neighborhood Market, Mesa AZ

Usually well stocked & well staffed. Only exception would be late in the evening, bare bones on staff at that time. But store does a good job replenishing throughout the day!

Love this neighborhood market! The greeters are super friendly, as are every staff member I've met!

Store is slightly in disarray. I trouble finding items. And shelves were not stocked, out of alot of items. I was in town visiting and wanted to get a few basic items to take to our Airbnb. Disappointed in selection.

They said that my money looked fake. I had to go to the bank exchange it and go back to go through the whole store get all my stuff again which was a very big inconvenience for me

This is ONLY for the Deli Department.
I went at 4: 45 to purchase some hot fried chicken. There being none in the case I asked how long it would take for some fresh chicken. I was told that "they were done frying for the night". For the night! The department closes at 10: 00. This is unacceptable.

This selective young women asked for mine and my moms i.d. Like do you not see i am a teenager and my mother is over 18 like it's ridiculous.

Cant find anyone on the floor to help find things. Only three lines open at check out and lines are long.

It's a small neighborhood Walmart. Has all the general goods & products. A smaller variety selection than your Super store Walmarts.

Felt very awkward at this Wal-Mart. But the lady at the customer service desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Good way to get groceries quickly if they had more than 1 cashier. Self-checkout usually has a line but it's better than walking the whole Walmart supercenter

When it comes to only needing groceries and hygiene the neighborhood Walmart is the place to go. Smaller crowd, in and out service and a little more of a personal service.

I only went there to so a money transfer, but the cashier working there was extremely friendly and courteous and handled my transaction in a swift manner. I'll definitely be returning

The only reason I keep returning to this establishment is because it is the closest place for shopping. The service here is so bad. The employees do not care about their customers. They will blow you off and go about their own personal lives without giving you a second thought. I have returned to this particular location many times and been treated the same way so I doubt it has been a coincidence.

Specifically went to Walmart for their Lemon Sparkling Water and their coffee ice cream.went yesterday AND today and guess what. NEITHER time were these items in stock? ?

Favorite place to go in a pinch. And the rollbacks are better, and more often than the Super Stores

The only reason I come to this location is because its the closest to my house. But all the cashiers are never nice or say hi or look happy. Only Michele is nice. I try to come only when she's there. The rest of the employees seem like they really hate their job and are always having a bad day. Not happy with their costumer service.

Store could be cleaner. Check out can be impossible at times and they never open more lanes no matter how far back the carts are lined up.

Went to pick up order Monday at 9: 30pm. They post to stay open til 10 pm. Customer Service was closed. Was told 4 employees didn't show for work and only 2 working. Too busy to help with Pick up orders. Told to come back tomorrow. Each line had about 10 customers in line waiting.

While the people are always nice here, and the location is convenient due to the proximity to schools, don't expect much from the customer service desk. They are not well trained in money services or bill pay procedures.

So far so good, they seem to always have Mt. Dew! Unlike other local stores in the area that are always out!
