Walmart Pharmacy reviews
8TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! I do not recommend, the lady in the drive through was so disrespectful for no absolute reason. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB WHY WORK THERE? ! Did not tell me she would be with me in a second before hand, had a really disrespectful tone and i do not appreciate that. If i could i’d definitely give this pharmacy a customer service rating of -0000.absolutely ridiculous, definitely not happy with how i was treated.she did not ask to make sure if i knew how this medication was taken properly.she was just absolutely RUDE.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude service as well as not having the prescription ready. I've tried them twice and will never again. I even had to ask if she could let me explain because she was talking over me. A manger need to get on here and start reading reviews and pay attention to what's going on or replace him/her because they obviously don't care.
I called in to see if WalmartRx could get a wound ointment that I was having trouble getting thru another store. The tech explained the process and said the turn around time to be 72hrs. This is a far better than the week that I have already been waiting
This pharmacy and the pharmacist are a joke. They do not assist people the way they should and they refused to assist my client calling an special program to help with his medications. I recommended my client to move his refills to Fry's better prices and much better service.
5 items were incorrectly priced at checkout. We had a manager walk to 2 of them, one was clearly ticketd on the shelf for $3.14 but rang up at $9.87, we had 3 of those. The other was in garden (bug repellant) marked $5 clearance rang up $11.97, we had 4 of those. Another was in the deli clearly priced at 6.98 lb but when she printed the ticket it was 8.98, she had to hand fix it because it was in the computer. The manager who we took to show the mistakes said a customer must have moved them? A whole case of them from 3 asiles away? The total over charge on a $116 receipt was $36.22. Cut some more staff walmart.shame on you.
Walmart Pharmacy in foothills is by far the worst place to try and fill your prescriptions! They never have the medication or they give you a time and still make you wait another 40 to 60 minutes! You can be in a life or death situation and and talk to the manager and still brush you off saying they have other prescriptions to fill before yours when you have been waiting for over a week! Really bad service, they reallly dont care about patients much less to improve the customer service. I came today to emergency and they sent my medication to walmart on ave B and got it in less than 30 minutes! The bad thing i live all way in foothills, anyone recommend ANY OTHER PHARMACY THAN WALMART there? Please advise, TIA
Pharmacy is a joke. Why have a drive thru if you can't use it? Both me and my husband are disabled and trying to find a riding cart is pretty much impossible (fyi, my husband is a double amputee, both legs), so we have to walk a distance to the pharmacy. Then.once you arrive there you have to STAND and WAIT in a very long line. Who only needs a pharmacy when they're in perfect health?
