Walmart Pharmacy reviews
9I was sent from here to Prescott and told when I got back my daughter's medication would be ready I went and did that came came waited a half hour after being completely rude to because I barely have a voice to be told that they take my insurance the same as my daughter's exactly but they don't take hers after I was told everything was all set.completely rude service as my child and I are sitting in the car with fevers. And Stull waiting for my prescriptions to come from them lovely I'll never come here again for absolutely anything.
I had stopped using Walmart pharmacies a long time ago, but recently had a couple of prescriptions filled here. They have been faster than Fry's and the 4 times I've been there recently they have all been professional and friendly. Send me texts when order is filled, usually same day.
Absolutely the worst Pharmacy experience ever. Submit your prescription and you'll never hear back. Go in to check and excuse after excuse on why its not ready IF they can even find it.
This walmart pharmacy is terrible. Every time I call or go in to fill a prescription I am met with an attitude. The pharmacy staff here at this store are the most unprofessional group even for Walmart. This is exactly why I have transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.
Scheduled my son's covid vaccination in advance. Got a call ahead that they ran out after giving it to someone else's child. Bad planning and logistics. I went to cottonwood and got it there instead.
I called to see about get a prescription transferred there. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I will never be using this pharmacy in the future. Safeway pharmacy was very accommodating, tho.
I giving this pharmacy a 5 Star Rating because of Pharmacist Wendy. She was so kind and compassionate, while explaining a new medication to me. Her demeanor demonstrates everything an excellent Pharmacist should be! And as a Registered Nurse, I have worked with Pharmacists my entire career, so I can recognize this quickly. The other employees working at the window are hit and miss. Some are very polite and helpful, others not quite so much. All in all, I think this is a good pharmacy.
Tried to get my insulin refilled. The woman at the counter (Aging blond woman with glasses) Displayed an attitude as if the entire planet was against her. She had to have been the most rude person I've encountered In a long time and why they have her upfront dealing with polite customers I have no idea. If you don't like something about your life then change it don't make everyone else around you miserable too. I will be taking my business to Fry's from this point fwd
