There are still lines at peak hours but moves fast. Employees are very helpful in helping you find what you need.

Its a Walmart. This one is pretty far SE, so there are lesa "people of walmart" there

Having store personnel stare you down and follow you while shopping is a wonderful way of thanking customers and making them feel welcome.

The pharmacy here rocks. Such a great staff on hand! Blanca is the best! Also visited the deli tonight and Benny was so nice! Great customer service.

DONNA who was working in isle K17 should be ashamed of herself! Being rude to a customer who simply asked if she spoke Spanish, looking down she mumbled under her breath "no I don't speak spanish" and then rudely and in a bothered/condescending manner said "what? You don't speak English? " not realizing I'm standing behind her watching and listening to this go on. The customer replied " a little bit".
Donna then finally looks up and sees me standing there behind her and says "Does he not speak English? " (I don't know the elderly man, I was simply looking at hampers) In which I replied
"I DON'T KNOW BUT THAT WAS VERY RUDE OF YOU". I WHO DO NOT WORK FOR WALMART TURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AND ASKED HIM NICELY HOW I COULD HELP HIM, HE SIMPLY WANTED TO BE DIRECTED TO WHERE THE CURTAINS WERE. THIS ELDERLY MAN DIDN'T DESERVE TO BE DISRESPECTED AND BELITTLED BY YOUR EMPLOYEE. NO HUMAN BEING DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. YOU MAY WANT TO TALK TO DONNA ABOUT HER RACIST BIGOTED ATTITUDE TOWARDS PAYING CUSTOMERS.

A shelf was empty and a young man asked if he could help me. I told him what I needed and he went to the storage area and brought me what I needed. I wish I could have gotten his name. He is a real customer service oriented employee.

They had what I needed at the right price. Plus picked up a few grocery and a prescription, and got cash back. It's a one stop shop when my errand list is long.

I lost my phone in the bathroom and one of the found it and turned it in and needless to say I got my phone back on my birthday because today is my birthday lol too awesome!

This store has a different feel to it. I think it's the unfamiliar layout? The flooring? The lighting is brighter or different colored than the two Walmart SuperCenters I frequent. Clean, quiet, and a speedy checkout.

I always shop at Walmart for literally everything my kids or I need! Food, clothing, toys, household items, car items.it's ajust an all around great place to shop a one stop shop! I love it! The Low prices as well!

This is the worst Wal Mart I have ever been too. No TLE and no McDonald's to keep kids happy. This was a tiny store it is dark and dingy. It seems to be in a undesirable neighborhood.

I have been a Wal-Mart customer for years. I can find anything I need or think I need at a reasonable price. They dont hesitate to make it right on the infrequent occasions a product is defective or wrong. I recently bought some mountain bike tires that didn't work with my bike, and they refunded my money without hesitation. This store is always crowded (El Con Shopping Center) so a lot of other people must feel the same way I do.

No one in Walmart spoke to me and my daughter and we were there 45 mins. It was crowded. Customer service was nice smiling and laughing but electronics stared at us and wouldn't help and the security just started at us and wouldn't say hi or bye. That usually doesnt happen but it is Walmart I shouldn't be surprised.

Very bad customer service and they have the second entrance on the back with registers and they dont opened you need to go to the front and pay and comeback to the back to get to your car

I love this store. The prices are a bit lower than even other Wal-Marts in the area. The employees are polite and helpful. They carry an extensive line of products.

It's ok they don't have a very good selection of products for a Super Wal Mart. The one on Kolb & Speedway is alot better. There's always a long lines & not enough people working the registers. It's like this everytime you go in.

The cashier in the electronics department was swapped and had to call in help. I was second in line and when the new guy came everyone swarmed to him but this cashier was paying attention and made sure I was served next! So nice to be recognized! Good man!

I love Wal-Mart but the only problem is that the did not have the heater in sock but I am giving a five star because I have and my family have been customers for X-amount of years

Meo Ortiz was very very helpful when everyone else was not helpful at all basically giving us the run around especially arik who was rude to meo and my wife until I step into let him know that that's not the way to talk to people.
