Walmart Supercenter, Maricopa AZ

The check out lines are long and where are your cashiers, the employees are rude. Your shelfs are bare. Your management team is not doing a very good job at managing the store.

1 star now thanks to the pickup service. I've used to a few times and each time I've had an issue. Missing items, damaged product. Grabbing the wrong item (no not substituted just grabbing wrong flavor or sugar free option) even for moldy bread. Almost seems whatever they pull from shelf because it's bad they give up pickup side.

3 stars, mostly because it's always packed, I'm disabled, and someone is always paying more attention to their phones than my cane, and I end up tripping a bunch in the store. No, not just the customers. Your employees as well. Also, when I go to the electronics section, I expect to be helped, not have to wait for the individual to stop making 5 minute small talk before they notice me. Bad customer service there.

It's a very nice store, I Love shopping here. They still have cashier's n everyone wears their Masks, the cashier's are friendly n polite n it has so much Kool stuff! Thank You!

I am fairly new to Maricopa and I am very happy to be a neighbor here. Now that being said Walmart this store is so under staffed. I know we are still trying to recover from last year 2020 but the fact that this is the only Walmart in town I can’t help but feel that the poor service is deliberate. The products are always out of stock or not packed out yet. Since COVID began last year I have become an online order and pick up customer I also subscribe to Walmart + and I am seriously considering cancelling the subscription because unfortunately since we have moved to Maricopa this service is not worth it. I have waited for 45 minutes to pick up my order, I then said it makes sense to just go inside I figured as a Walmart + subscriber I can just scan and go but I still have to wait in line because there are no other cashiers so the scan and go registers are a joke. I don’t normally put up my opinions but I feel that the right people with in the corporation are unaware of the horrible service this store is giving to us. I have now started to go 20 miles away to get to other Walmart stores that offer better service and products. I will add that I have now renewed my membership at Costco. I get All my products and at great quality. Please improve this store.

Walmart itself is great to buy food, houseware, gardening or even get your prescriptions. But the Team leads and the bosses are not nice at all and they give you mass attitude. Also the check out lines are very long they need to hire more employees

We all know that all Walmarts are very very pleasant visits for us all but I must admit this Walmart in Maricopa Arizona puts out the best quality and service and customer service every visit that I've had there within is always been present in more ways than one

Bad. They show on the web that they have some items that I need and I drove 26 minutes to go and get the item because they only take $35 orders on line and when I get there they dont have the product even that You can see on the app that they have it on stock. They should fix their inventory so the item can get re order again.

Clean, always crowded because we only have 1. You have less employees smiling a lot unfriendly.

I waited upfront for over 20 minutes for a DoorDash after being told someone would be right there they then said oh I don’t know what’s going on just cancel it. Stop being lazy and just do your jobs.

This Walmart is out of a lot of stuff to many times they need to budget better and do counting better then you will have more to where you don't run out before you get product in and just need better training

There are never enough cashiers working. I'd rather go to Target, pay a little more and not to have to stand in a long line and WAIT

Always get turned around at this store. Its always very busy. I saw food from the refrigerated section in the clothing section! Employess hanging put with their friends. Get on it management!
