Walmart Supercenter reviews
31 El personal que trabaja aquí son muy amables y tienen un positivo y lo que busco siempre aquí lo encontró sin problemas.
The staff who work here are very friendly and have a positive and what I am looking for always here he found it without problems.
They have what you need but way too crowded and they have so much stuff locked up and never a employee nearby to help out.
Searched for a cart for a good 10 minutes. All of them were broken. Employee were scattered around Walmart just sitting down taking breaks. Definitely my worst experience at a Walmart.
Most shelf's empty, 2 registers only open with very long lines
. Several employees standing around not helping other ones. Terrible management run store.
Excellent service by the phone coordinator. Could not move pleased with the way she work with us!
Nice and clean. I live by the one on 19th and Bethany but take the extra time to drive to this one because it is clean and hassle free. Too many racist people working at 19th ave one. They do not like white people there.
Walmart- was a family, and community, of services in Me, working a Wal-Mart, as a maintained leader, I, loved it, I, sought the Lord, and He delivery Me, From all My fears.
The delivery Me from all My troubles.
The righteous is delivery from troubles,
I went to Walmart at Chrisstown Mall late night just before closing. Had 9a good number if shoppers, yet not crowded which enable mulling about uncontested.
This location needs MORE employees.
I called yesterday to see if they had specific merchandise in stock, and I was on hold for an hour! Just waiting for a manager to come and let me know. Not sure why the person that answered couldn't WALK over to see if they did have that merchandise in stock.
Next I go to the store today and I'm needing a price check on an item and there's no one at the hardware or next station over to assist. I had to call the store while IN the store to page someone to that station. (And no I couldn't take the merch over to anyone cuz it was a heavy and bigger merchandise)
I get it's a holiday rush so therefore there needs to be more employees working FOR the holiday rush. Oh and expect to be waiting in line for at least 30min. Even the self check out.
I've been there several times and each time found what i needed. The cashiers are helpful and friendly.
Connected to a mall in central Phoenix, a savory/ unsavory area. So suspicion of theft is huge and uncomfortable. Overall, a greater selection for the yield of customers is needed for this location. Use this store for location not convenience.
Huge center with a large selection of goods. It’s exactly what you would expect from Walmart. Good deals and discounts items on seasonal items are always a delight to stumble upon when shopping for other things.
It's Walmart in central Phoenix, it is what you'd expect. Crowded, ghetto, no customer service, and the slowest Walmart I've ever been to.
U should have free rides for the little kids so there patents could go shop or Evan a nanny center so the parents won't have to worry about there kids getting hurt or being Bab or rude.
First time visiting this location. Can tell right away it's not one if the newer stores. Still it is Walmart so it had everything I needed and plenty of checkout counters available.
I use the miles apart of aisles to extend the distance of my mall walking. I hardly ever buy anything, but the store still does a booming business.
Getting my medication refilled here is always mind relaxing. I get a call every time when it is ready.
This Walmart is always a delight to shop at. It's well organized, clean, and has a user-friendly shopping flow. The employee's are attentive and seem to keep busy, while at the same time they remain observant enough to greet and attend to customers wants and needs.
This Walmart has it's ups and downs, but after they added speedy check out. Which was highly needed, brought back the majority of the shoppers it forced out of the stores due to long waiting lines. Overall the new front end design is smooth, fast, in and out. Manager finally cares. If I come in with complaint (s), the management here is on it
Terrible oil change service.
They also told me that if i didn't give them my phone number that i wouldn't be able to get an oil change. They didn't tighten my oil filter and oil was spraying everywhere. I was across the street from the dealer and broughg it there.
Walmart refused to give me a refund because i didn't bring the car back to them. They fought about this until i called corporate. Then recieved a call informing me my refund is available for me to pick up. If you are cheated and can't work it out, call corporate. They seem to handle the calls very seriously.
