Walmart Supercenter, Benson AZ

They don't want to hire cashiers and want us to ring ourselves out which puts people out of jobs but yet they wont fix their machines where we can use cash! The employees that work the self check out are rude and talk bad about customers right in front of them!

Customer service is terrible.
No cash at self check out.
Only one register for cash.
Really long lines
Prices have gone up considerably
Quality of product is terrible.

The re-model is looking good but I'm worried.it seems like everything has been cut in half! There's only half of the hair stuff, half of the make-up, half of the dog treats/dog stuff. Idk. I'll wait until it's all done. Hpefully they haven't cut back too much on variety and hopefully they'll start paying me for having to be my own check out person. Yeah. That would be nice.

The local Walmart is a lot more friendly than the one near my old neighborhood. It feels safer in comparison. It's a smaller store and it might not have everything a larger Walmart has however I still prefer this store over the Tucson Walmarts.

The pharmacy is slow and they text you saying your meds are ready and you get there and they are not ready or they don't have what they said they filled. Getting to be really bad place to get your prescriptions.

I usually find what I need, even though the prices are going up, I can still get what I need.
On a fixed budget I can still shop at Wal-Mart.

Very clean, and always well stocked. The people are very nice and helpful.
Even when busy seems like there are not lines as it seems to flow nice when busy. A great Walmart with great people and it shows!

It took 20 minutes at the service desk to return a faulty product. There was not a line just an incompetent employee that eventually had to call a different employee to handle a simple exchange for a new same item. This is a surprise as I gave never had to wait that long at a Walmart before.

Low stock, higher prices these days. Cashier very slow and 2 higher priced items didn't make it into my cart. They weren't large so we didn't notice until we got home, 25 miles away. No defined lines so there was chaos at the checkout. Only 3 people in front of us with less than 10 items and we still waited almost half an hour to checkout.

Love Wal-Mart. It's a place you hate to go but love it. Especially at holidays. My other love for Wal-Mart is my daughter working very hard, but stopping quickly to get a mama hug.

Many of the items they used to carry are no longer on the shelves. They now have smaller areas for canned vegetables and fruits, and the shelves are empty because they don't restock throughout the day. I am finished shopping here. I'll take my list to the Houghton store in the future.

Great store love the remodeling. Always stocked much more friendly than the big city stores. The manager is busily on the floor you can talk to him very friendly answers questions. The best walmart around!

Always love this place. Sometimes there are strange people within, but arent we all a bit strange to someone? Great prices and friendly people.

Was a Nite mare, can't find the stuff, had to wait forever for a carry out, whoever arranged the products didn't do a very good job.

Remodeling, so the place is mess. The usual unmasked locals populate the store. We only go there when absolutely mecessary.

Stopped selling alot of their products we buy (big bag of cat litter, jewlery and other stuff) Alot of areas are empty. Huge line wait and after waiting line shut down and had to get in back of another. Very few cashiers.

Going thru a store remodel and its impossible to find anything, and also Benson Walmart just dosent cut it, I drive to houghton walmart to shop

This store absolutely made my day. I tried the grocery pick-up for the first time today. It was the easiest smoothest hassle-free shopping experience I've ever had in my life. A lot easier than sitting in a McDonald's drive-thru getting something for lunch.
You text them when you arrive in the parking lot. You pick a number slot to park in. They text you right away. A pleasant young woman comes up to the window. She told me one of my items that I purchased was replaced with another item. She asked me if this replacement was okay to me. I said yes. She put my items in the trunk away I went.

Store was very clean and lines around 1pm on a Saturday were not that long at all. In-stock is improving throughout the store.

Always out of everything I've got celiac and was so happy to find gluten free English muffins when I got home (25) mins away I could see mold on them
