If I could give zero stars, I would. NOBODY here gives a F and it shows with their customer service.you can rely on this store to never answer their phones, if you're a white guy you might get service GOOD LUCK POC/Black customers having anyone bring out your food if you're doing pickup. If you need anything from Walmart, just go to Fort Mohave. They at least pick up their phones between 8AM-8PM.

6 at night you go to check out they have one register open and it's Express you have a cart full of food and you have to go scan it yourself it's totally wrong

The Walmart in Bullhead City Az. Is one of best Walmarts I have been in and I have been in to lot of them. It was very clean and they had everything. The employees were all very nice I wish the Walmarts in California were this nice. They must have a very good manager. Why can't all Walmarts be like this one?

Huge store, very organized and clean. Found everything we needed for our Red Hat Society convention while in Laughlin NV.

Walmart is Walmart. This place is no exception to the chain. Never anyone around to help and if there is they have an attitude.

Unbelievable! This is the first Walmart I have been in that is HUGE, has clean shiny floors, not-so-narrow isles (labeled nicely) & has a HUGE parking lot (with numbered rows) to accommodate everyone. Not only that, it's the only one I have been in for a very long time where you can get cash back from the self-service check-out. LOVE IT!

This is my one of my favorite to shop. I like it all my personal stuff and food even my home cleaner supply I bought here more convenient & cheaper than the other stores

However when I got to the register they wanted to charge me 22 dollars and some change. Had to kindly remind them who the customer was.

I spent over an hour ordering online my shopping list to be picked up. This morning when I went to pick up my order I found out they did not have one single product that I ordered online everything was out of stock on my list. No notifications a waste of my time gas money. No more Walmart you lost a customer.

Cant rate customer service. I usually do self checkout. Reasonable Prices on Various Products. Must tolerate Mojave Countys Finest to Shop.

Always have my hair washed and styled by Desiree. If she isn't available any of the stylist are exceptional especially with color!

The Walmart in Kingman Arizona has machines that are broken and will decline your card people that work there don't want to work and wait on the customers they have bad attitudes and the store is dirty I don't shop anymore at that one I go to the one in bullhead people are nicer it's a cleaner store and the motorized carts work

Although I had an appointment at the nail shop.arrived 10 minutes early and the lady was rude. I left will find another nail place in town

Very satisfied with the pharmacy. Also the produce. This Walmart has better customer service than other ones I have been to.

The best Prim Rib you will ever eat. My husband and I have been eating here for over 20 years. The Prime Rib is so good. Staff is always very friendly.

I called and received a price and availability on a car battery. The price quoted was 99.00 plus tax and five available. It took me 10 minutes to get there. Upon check out was told the price was 129.00 plus tax. The lady said I just changed the prices and the price stands. I was stuck as my battery was dead. I had to change it out myself in parking lot. Not an easy task as I had a stroke and only have partial use of my left arm. So in 10 minutes she upped the price 30.00 without blinking an eye. The lady who quoted the price was there but the other lady over ruled her. Poor business practice. I will share this experience on Social media.

I give them a 3 because there handicapped toilet in the rear of the store is always busy when we go there. We go from Kingman to Bullhead every other week and we always stop at Walmart there to get our goods and do a potty stop. Today the handicapped toilet was occupied for 30 minutes. By an employee. The last time we went it was occupied for 20 minutes by another Walmart employee. Someone needs to talk with the employees and tell them that it's not their personal breakroom. It is for people who actually need it. We have the same problem when we go to Sam's Club in Bullhead.
