Walmart Supercenter, Mesa AZ

I don't think they are training the help enough. I would not go to the trouble of going into the store and walking all the way back to the sporting goods to be told to check online. Cause everyone knows you can not get a human to talk to over the telephone, the count on the website is never right. Stores are clean and well organized and you can't beat the prices. Once in awhile you can find someone who knows where things are. By the way I was looking for Shotgun shells, where is all the ammo?

Needs employees that care needs to stock items like cat food more needs to care about what customers need

Why can't they have more than one checker! 8 people in line and one checker. Ridiculous. If I wanted to self ring my groceries, I would apply.

I always go with third time's a charm of three strikes your out. This location happens to be the latter. Each time it's been poorly stocked, not well cleaned, and understaffed. I place the entire blame for all three on corporate, their employees deserve more. Won't be back to this location.

Clean and they offered some dog and cat food I normally jave a hard time finding at other supermarkets. The people who shop here seem to be on a slightly higher level on the weirdness scale even for walmart. Even the staff seemed a little off to me. But maybe they are just so used to dealing with weird people they assumed I had some issues myself. I don't know, it was just a weird experience with everyone I came in contact with. Like I was visiting a school for the socially challenged.

Most employees don't even know what's in their own section and this is not their fault it's Walmart for lack of training for not having enough full-time employees. Walmart and stores like it are an example of what's wrong with today's society. I hate Walmart!

It's Christmas time people.open up the registers! Had to wait in line for 30minutes in the express line while registers 8,9,10,11, and 12 were all closed! Also the bathrooms are so gross! My 3 year old had to go and all but one stall was filled with T. P
and poop! I couldn't believe the lack of care to the store, they are more conserned with checking your bags then they are service! Embarrassing

Store is nice. It's smaller so they don't have a huge selection on everything. But still plenty to choose from.

Well prices are good We shop with the app for groceries and sometimes there is a problem. Right now looking for a refund on item we were charged for but did not get when we picked up our order. Also check dates. This week I ordered a bag of salad it had a sell by 12 21 18 the day we picked up the order was 12 22 18.

Ordered a product they claimed not to have in stock. Look in the electronics department and it was there.

A large, clean, well stocked & organized store where I found the staff friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to a return visit!

I went there for a bag of spicy chips and they were sold out, but after looking one last time I found the last bag! Now I'm going to Netflix and chill with my spicy chips!

Worker's are friendly but only when you acknowledge them first they don't make an effort to greet customer

Walmart in country club and baseline refused to sale me spray paint even though I had ID. They refused to assist me when I asked. I believe this is due to racial profiling. This is not acceptable and I am not pleas d with their service.

I love the Cashier pat. She wears glasses an older woman. She is the most friendliest cashier i have ever met. She seemed so genuinly into everything i was saying. Took care of my every concern. She is just absolutely amazing. I recomend anyone come here check out at her register. She is absolutelt magnificient. Will forever shop here as long as shes there. Thanks pat i truly appreciate your immaculate customer service.

I have been seeing comercles showing that they have amarica best toy shop. They have 5 aiels of toys.i saw it.its no substitute for toys r us. They also take away sears and kmart witch my mom loves those stores. And 1 more thing, the experience of going to walmart is TERRIBLE!

Terrible customer service. The only redeeming quality is its parking lot is cleaner than some other Walmarts.

Typical end of the night. Super long lines with 3 registers open and about 2 dozen employees all hanging out around the store.

Cashier tried to over charge me for my bananas by setting my mangos "next" to the scale. I asked her if they were on the scale too. And she said I don't think so. I asked her to double check and they were! Nice try cashier lady! $. 10 is $. 10! Who knows how many people she does that to in a 40 hour work week!

Bought one of those expandable garden hoses two hours ago, got home to wash the patio and the thing blew apart back for a refund I go. It's junk!
