Walmart Supercenter, Surprise AZ

It was so dang hot in this store that I left without purchasing anything. My relatives were with me and they all left as well. I mean dripping sweat! Air conditioner should be on so customers are comfortable while spending money in your store.
Very bad management to allow that. Money Walmart lost because people were leaving it was so hot.

The surprise Walmart is clean and you can find people who are willing to help you find things. There are usually not long lines except around the holidays, and you can usually find anything you need.

It's always a nice clean store, lots of options.some departments like undergarments were a mess and the thing I really don't like is the parking.always rude people trying to park. (older group of people with attitudes)

Terrible customer service here. Make you wait in line for an item they dont have tags on that is 1 dollar to go check, after explaining to them that several other items are in the same position and have no tag on, and then making you wait in line for them to check in is ridiculous.

Not sure were they get these pharmacy managers old one change my prediction to fit his stock of course more expensive and he knew I was on Medicare. Resulted in putting me in donut hole in 3 months. New manager said he is doing a curtesy to fax doctor for refill, like it’s a honor to shop with them. I guess I will try Frys at least they are nicer.

Stopped at the door by greeter demanding our receipt. We had nothing under the cart and had not bought any high $ items. Don't like being treated like a criminal. The next time she can call security because I'm not going to cooperate. That is if I shop here again.

Walmart usually has everything I need and they have everything in there place and I find it very easy to return things and there workers there are very nice and helpful as well.

I'm leaving 5 stars because of the manager Mary and her caring team. Mary noticed my son was having a difficult time coping and somehow managed to calm him down. She helped me massively even if she doesn't know it and I am so grateful. The associates were also so happy to help us I'm just amazed. Thanks guys.

I love going to Walmart, it's convenient and the store has practically everything and many stores are open 24 hours. The employees and all personnel are very friendly and helpful.

It was mobbed but I believe school starts tomorrow. Many shelves were bare. But the clerks were smiling and helpful.

Good selection helpful employees and nice atmosphere makes this our new Walmart store to do all our shopping from now on.

There has been a decline in the quality of the store over the last 4 months. Shelves not stocked, Employees un responsive. In accurate enforcement of store policies.

I find Wal-Mart's prices to be much higher than usual. I will start shopping at WinCo as their prices are much, much lower!

Walmart is the same everywhere, but this one seems to be a little nicer than others. It's cleaner and we'll stocked. Also, the cashiers seem to be a little more helpful and informed.

I swear this store is never stocked, disappointed many times coming her for specific items and they are always out.

I just hate everything about Walmart. My wife drags me in there and I hate every single second of my experience there.

Surprise its dangerous outside. More of Arizona Monsoon season, Thunder, Lightning, Wind and Rain. The parking lot looks like a war zone. Trees down, trash cans blown over. More than 20 trees had fell onto parked cars. Nobody who works there especially Management seems to care.
They're safe inside.

I'm tired of being treated like a crook. I pay for my stuff. I don't need to submit my time to have my receipt and items searched. After I purchased my they are mine. Not yours to be serched.

This is a clean very busy Walmart.
It's not easy to see from the 303,
but exit onto Waddell and go West. It's on the North side.

All and all, the visit was pleasant. There were cashiers to assist customers. The only drawback was the absence of some small containers of liquor at the dedicated checkstand where tobacco is sold.
