Walmart Supercenter reviews
20Horrible Walmart. Something will be out of stock that you need happens every time I go and customer service is rude.
Good customer service however the men’s clothing selection is lacking compared to other Walmarts in the area.
The check out lanes are few. They never have my dog food and treats which was carried previously. A lot of items have been replaced with cheaper brands.
Asset protection always follows me around obviously they profile me by how I look, and every time I pay for my items and wave as im leaving. The staff here makes me feel uncomfortable, like they are just waiting for me to steal something because I have tattoos on my arms. Ignorance will be the downfall of this company.
I feel sorry for the over worked cashier's. Only a few checkers and the rest are machines. Truly saddening.
Liquor! Boxed wine! Vegan fake meat! Flaxseed meal! Almond meal! This place even has a pharmacy!
This store has our pharmacy of choice with the Medicare Part D insurance prescriptions at very competitive prices and helpful services. It is also a main choice for food and household items though I do shop at other stores that offer local fresh foods and organic items available at Sprouts and Costco here in Chandler, AZ.
We found what we needed here. I like this location the best in Chandler. I feel like it's not as busy and normally the employees are nice.
I went here to pick up some groceries and go to the bathroom. I went to the bathroom first and saw this dude with his pants all the way down at the urinal therefore I saw his big red butt cheeks so I ended up peeing on myself, after that I went to get groceries and while I was checking out the clerk named Cletus grabbed my oranges and said "You like oranges? " and then squeezed them in my face
Wow, the first Walmart I have ever been too that someone has actually asked me if I needed help. Keep up the good work!
Very rude rude rude employees if u cant be nice to customers them retail ain't for u is my opinion
Wal-Mart is a great place for food that doesn't break the bank. Fishing and hunting gear is also available at a reasonable price. Ammunition is here at the sporting goods counter which is usually fairly priced. I just wish they would start carrying more match grade ammunition such as federal or hornady. Good for quick visits and running errands located across the street from chandler mall
Did not enjoy being stop as I exit the store because my home air filter was not bag. It's not a TV or an appliance! B. S.
This Walmart is huge and gas a giant variety of products. I especially like the fact that they have the Online Grocery ordering and pick up. Such a time saver. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The cashiers are really nice and the lines are short. Overall, I am very happy with this location and service.
The store itself is nice, however people like to park in no parking zones and and obstruct traffic and the managers will treat you in the wrong if you ask the person to move and park like everyone else. A manger actually told me I had to drive into on coming traffic because someone parked in the fire lane to wait for someone and then the walmart manager apologized to the obstructing car and told her he understood and agreed with her.
It's very clean and the customer service people are always willing to help and it's not hard to find somebody to help you.
Worst self check out machines (they are very slow and always lock up, then worker takes long time to unlock), lazy managers close down much of store early, don't keep inventory ordered and stocked, and post wrong prices, half of what I go for is usually out of stock, go to another store or Wal-Mart
I’m really into this Walmart it’s one of the sexiest locations they have. People say it don’t be like it is but it do.
This store is so much better than the one on Elliot Road. Friendlier employees and 200% cleaner. I try very hard to not go to the walmart on Elliott.
Shopped here on the afternoon of December 3rd. The grocery shelves badly needed what is known as "facing", so customers can actually reach the products. Employees ought to keep the products forward on the shelves. What I saw and had to deal with was ridiculous. The manager is at fault for not making sure this gets done. I'm in my late 50's and to get a large bundle pack of Kleenex I was on my knees to reach deep into the back of the bottom shelf to get it. Same elsewhere on other aisles, like trying to reach cat kibble on a high shelf because the product was too far back.
I finally saw an employee who was busy doing something with boxes. I told her I had to get on the floor to reach the Kleenex and the shelves needed facing. She just gave me a totally blank stare. That's an indication of what's wrong with this store. I had to get sarcastic with her before I got a reply.
She noticed a co-worker a short distance away and suggested they go do something about it. She never once apologized or seemed to care, but she was definitely an employee.
