Walmart Supercenter, Mesa AZ

It was as good as any other super walmart. Instead of mcdonalds or subway there's a burger king inside other than that great staff, Nd access to staple items for your household.

Witnessed the greeter guy picking and choosing whom he wanted to request a receipt from for the "non-bagged" items. I always walk out with my receipt in hand anyway but he did not ask the old white guy in front of me.
Apparently had done the same to my daughter the day before. Left a bad taste in my mouth walking out with my mixed race son.

Only come here if you enjoy bagging your own groceries. Huge store only has 2 checkers and good luck if you need any help or have a questions, last time I took it as an anomaly. But it is always the case for the last several months. Middle of the day, not off hours. Personal shoppers are rude and have no courtesy. Been coming here for 10 plus years. Never again

I knew places have been running out of things like toilet paper and so on, but no plastic bags to put your fresh veggies in? Can't you just grab some from checkout. I know it is not the same but at least you have something to put your food in so it won't touch those dirty shopping carts. Because I know those don't get washed.

Friendly staff. Actually had a good selection of items in stock. I live Approx. 30 - 40 miles from there. I will be going back again.

Great location, very safe, Easy to navigate and well stocked aisles, friendly and helpful employees, even the store manager is hands on in helping out down to the smallest detail. There is also a full service burger king restaurant inside the store

It is good store and it is easy to get to. The store has everything I needed. It is clean and ordered. I will definitely go back to this store.

Marge was our cashier and was so thoughtful and helpful to the elderly gentleman in front of us. He had a service animal and his hands were full. She took time to make sure he was treated well and was able to make his purchases. She was very friendly to me and my son-and treatment like that is a rare gem. The store was a little unorganized, but so soon after the holidays-No surprise.

Aisle A38 is a mess. The floor associate said he couldn't help me find an item that is supposed to be there as indicated in the walmart app. Waited 20 minutes in line for customer service to confirm that it is in stock. Another 20 minutes passed before I was told that they can't find the item that is listed as in stock. Go figure. Somebody let the ball drop. Can't get 40 minutes of my life back. Worst experience at this location. I want a manager to respond, please.

The pharmacy and manager Krissy Lujan were so helpful and took care of my husband’s out of state prescription in a very timely manner. We are very happy with the wonderful service we receive time after time at this pharmacy.

Pathetic. Horrible.
Only one employee showed up for work today. They Cancelled all vehicle repairs for the day.

Walmart was fine but the bank (1st Convenience Bank) inside of Walmart was a frustrating experience to say the least. Don't ever bank with them. They're notorious for charging bogus fees and charges and forget getting refunds when you prove the error to them!

Love Walmart and I love the First National Bank in there as well Isaiah the manager is an amazing person great customer service representative

They are good I wish they had more selections of gluten free, and they really need to have more scooters. They are very nice and helpful I love the door people

They moved everything around and now I can't find anything! I used to come here all the time now I hate going to this one because it is not like most of the others and is very confusing like jewelery is now in the corner of women's clothing next to grocery instead of by the pharmacy? Grrr! And now they have a mother's room so you can change the baby and nurse it. But not toilet! Blah.

Well, I went to the Signal Butte Walmart first - they sold me the wrong battery. Went to Greenfield Walmart, exchanged batteries and employees were great in Auto Center.

It was okay. I checked out my entire cart, scanned my alcohol and then waited for them to check my ID, they took so long the register reset itself. Cleared everything out. I get that this happens, however no apologies of any sort and I had leave all of it as I needed to get kids. Oh well. It happens

Tried returning a product you sell, would not accept cause didn't carry that particular item in that store. Bogus, never have I ever had that problem.

Store was not that busy, I could not find anyone near the tools to answer my question. I ended up at home depot, for that. Otherwise the store is a good store.

This is our favorite Walmart in the area. Your CSM Stacey Nice is one if the best CSMs in the entire company, always so helpful and always so nice no matter how busy she is or what may be going on in her own personal life. She's always there with a smile ready to help. We love the updates. Sometimes we wish there were less people there sometimes but it is what it is. It's great to have all the self check out stands opens.makes it easier to get in and out when needed.
