6COVID 19 shut down our entire country. We were advised by our Governer Doug Ducey to stay home and to only leave your home for essential business. I called the vision center today and was told they could not honor my warranty because it expired in May. I asked were you open during COVID 19? SHE SAID YES WE NEVER CLOSED. Well unlike the employees at Walmart Vision Center I stayed home. How classless can a company be that would not cover a warranty that expired less that 30 days ago went the entire USA WAS SHUT DOWN. Great example of Poor customer service and Corporate Greed
Marisol is helpful, funny and saved the day by replacing my broken frames. 10 starts! She should get a raise, at the very least go to heaven for this good d. Thank you for your great customer service that should set an example for the rest of Walmart.
I had my appointment with them on the 13th of August, the employees were very helpful and the prices exam and the glasses weren't bad. $55 for an exam on glasses plus $20 for dilation. I had someone help me choose the right glasses for me so it goes good with my style and my face. I would recommend this place to get your eyes examed
I needed an inexpensive pair of glasses. I was a little leery because of the other reviews. But I have to say that from making the appt for the eye exam to picking up my glasses they couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Dr Vu is so kind. Definitely a great experience.
My wife called to make me an appointment and they told her that my vision insurance didn't exist (it's Aetna by the way). The lady on the phone was very rude so she called back and got the manager. She also claimed that my vision insurance didn't exist. My insurance is one of the biggest insurers in the country and my employer is Quest Diagnostics.not exactly a "small" company. Needless to say, we are going elsewhere.
I went here to get my Prescription Ray Bans fixed. I had unscrewed one of the temples off my glasses in an attempt to better adjust the glasses to my face but couldn't get the temple back on. If u have ever had to fix a temple (s) on Ray Bans, you would know its almost impossible without the proper tools. The very pretty ladies there took a look at it and fixed it. Fast, No hassle & for FREE.
