I purchased a TV from Walts and Miles did an exceptional job. He gave me a much better deal that I was expecting or asking for. Due to his professionalism and salesmanship I'm going to be purchasing my subsequent televisions from Walts. Do yourself a favor and skip BestBuy and stop here first.

Just bought a new TV from Walt's. They had a great selection, but even more importantly, a well stocked warehouse where they were able to pull the exact TV I wanted on the day that I wanted it. They also hooked me up with a fantastic wall mount that I was unsure how much I needed it, until I hung my TV and really can't imagine not having the flexibility of this wall mount they recommended. I think it was Miles (guy with 15+ years working at Walt's) who I worked with. He was a fantastic associate, helped me out, and hooked me up.
I'm stoked on my experience and loving my new TV!

Saved over $700 by buying from Walts. TV shipped next day across country and arrived 3 days later. I was amazed it came so fast from AZ to New England.
Received follow up phone calls and emails on status. Service was perfect!
Excellent experience all around. Now I know why they have been in business over 60 years. Definitely will return to purchase other products in the future.

I orderd a tv on 11/30/20. It showed I would get the tv on 12/2/20. I then got a update saying I would get the tv on 12/3/20. I got another update showing I would get the tv on 12/4/20. It is now 12/4/20 and no tv and no updates on FedEx. I called Walt`s to find out what was going on. They said they would check and get right back to me, I never heard anything from Walt's,

5 shining stars for Walt's TV.
I first bought accessories from them years ago at their Mill and Southern location and was glad that they moved to a bigger and more accessible storefront. I was recently gifted with a TV that was too big for my cabinet top and there was no open wall space except for brick fronted fireplace.

Regarding invoice #954:
Miles Bouchard was very helpful in selection of a suitable wall mount device. Service call was arranged promptly and at my convenience. Installers called and arrived in a timely manner.

Shout outs to Spencer, Joey and Robert for their attention to detail, accuracy and expertise. The installation had a few hiccups with a need for a separate trip and conduit but was completed with a minimum of fuss.
Keep up the good work gentlemen.now that we are all spending more time at home due to Covid restrictions, staring at walls and binge-watching is a pleasure with a safe and secure installation done at a reasonable price.

I had an existing Control4 system installed 10 years ago by another provider. It never functioned 100% and the team at Walts was great in upgrading my components and getting it humming. Matt knows his stuff with Control4.

Outstanding experience and customer service from beginning to end. Miles helped us select our new OLED TV for our home and was very knowledgeable about the TV and its features. Ethan, Chris and Matt helped out with installation of three TVs at our house including one outside. Watching movies has never been better. Thanks for all your help.

Very friendly staff, Great customer service! I called to purchase some Polk outdoor speakers and was elated by their understanding of customer service. It's clear they are a family owned business who does their best to help customers find the right products to fit their needs. You just can't get that kind of service at the box stores. Great work Walts!

Ethan B and Matt F are extremely friendly very qualified will buy next TV from Walt’s and I would ask for these gentlemen to come and hook the TV up.
If there was 10 STARS I would give them that.

Ethan, Allen and and Adam, technicians, did an excellent job installing two TV's, sound bars, wifi system, and other items. They took all the time they needed, took time to explain everything to me, and I would highly recommend Walt's TV for anything. I will use them again.

I recently purchased a Samsung TV through Walts TV. The TV arrived and was defective, (no fault of Walt's TV). Their customer service dept.was superb. They asked me to send them some photos of the tv and box and they then sent me a postage paid UPS return label. Once the defective TV was received, they shipped me a new one. Easier than dealing with a brick and mortar store. I'd definitely do business with them again.

Richard and Matt have been amazing to work with. I have a fully automated home (almost 5000 sf) using Control4 with a dream theater room and audio throughout the whole house. Matt helps me modify my C4 system as I change or update components. Thanks, guys!

I want to thank Matt for all of his help! I had issues with my receiver that I bought (manufacturing issue, nothing to do with Walt’s or Matt) sent back the receiver & everything was handled smoothly. Matt was super friendly and helpful, I live in Florida & I would be more than happy to do business with them again!

I have worked with Walts and Matt for at least 7 years. The service and expertise is what sets them apart. If you need help with your Control4 system or anything electronics they are the best I have found to work with.

I had a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer added to my living room tv by Brad from Walt's tv. He sis a very clean install and showed up when he said he would. Great job Guys!

We had an old receiver that needed updating. We contacted Walts and spoke with Matt L about options and prices. He was well informed about our needs and set up an installation date. He was very professional and articulate about the setup and explanation for the lay person. I/we would highly recommend Walts TV and Matt L for your audio needs and supports.

I just purchased two new TV's for my home in CA. I worked with a sales rep named MATT who was GREAT to deal with.

SUPER knowledgeable about the "TV" market in general and spent over 1 hour with me discussing my options and making several great suggestions.

The pricing was also SPOT ON.

VERY happy customer and I will be back

I have been working with Matt L for the past few months on my new Control4 setup. He is knowledgeable and has been very patient in addressing all the issues so far. We still have some programming to complete and I will continue to use his services.

Added 4 outdoor Bose speakers, linked to my Sonos system. Matt and Brad were very knowledgable and professional. I never felt like they didn't have my best interest at heart. Good Company!
