YEN is AMAZING! If you need your teeth cleaned without any discomfort, Yen does an amazing job. They provide compassion and empathy.

Let me preface what I say with the fact that I have had childhood dental drama coupled with receding gums as an adult. Because of my gums even my regular cleanings have required numbing injections. Needless to say i dread even the simple 6 month cleanings. I have had a myriad of dentists who have demonstrated to me they prefer to not have me as a client, in fact I saw a dentist in Scottsdale who during the initial assessment took his gloves off and said I should look for another practice. I’ve also had hygienists tell me “I don’t know why you think you need numbing bc you have great teeth” totally invalidating my fears etc.
I came to dr hagerman to get a second opinion for a possible crown (my very first) and she did confirm it BUT SHE WAS GENTLE IN HER ASSESSMENT AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE TO ME. I was so impressed with her bedside manner that I decided to trust this perfect stranger with my teeth. I was not disappointed! She was quick and I did not feel the injection much less the procedure:) her assistant Nikki was also personable and efficient. Really the entire staff was very reassuring to me. I am so grateful that I found this center and Dr hagerman. Oh, and she recommended I get the enamels sealed in a veneer type of coating so the cleanings won’t be such a white knuckle experience for me. No one else had recommended that to me. So now I look forward to getting these done by her! Really I can’t say enough. Thank you

I am so happy I found Dr. Hagerman & Wendy. I had the same dentist for 20 years, he retired and I was so sad. Had a very bad experience with other dentists. I found this office & am so grateful. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. Great customer service, which is rare these days. Dr. Hagerman is EXCEPTIONAL!

My fear of dental? Work has always been at an all time high…well, its given me extreme anxiety for almost 50 years…. Never, in a million years, did I think I would fall in love with a dental team who continuously treats me with compassion, kindness, professionalism and most importantly LIKE FAMILY!

Dr. Hagerman and her team (Nikki and Yen) …are absolutely AMAZING! ️ This has been a very long and sometimes difficult/scary journey (for me…due to my fears) but there’s no other team that I would trust with my care than the THREE OF THEM.

I told them that I wanted to smile again for my 50th birthday…”July 2023” and they’re about to turn my dream into a reality! I can’t wait to share my before and after pictures with the world! And, finally be brave enough (and confident enough) to smile again!
