6VERY family friendly. A lot fun things to do here at this center - plus the children's park, dog park, aquatic center and tennis center
Pickleball Wednesday's @ 6pm nets are horrible. Need updated equipment. 4 people working at the checkin desk? And we Can't have nets? I sèe my fee and tax dollars at work. Can't close the doors bc the "supervisor" said we have to keep them open.with a total glare where u can't see the ball facing the open doors. How is the doors to the gym a fire hazard? There open? Everywhere else we play there closed. Sunnyslope etc. City of phx u can do better. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport and the median age is 30 and u only have it open at nites on Wednesdays. People work and pay taxes around here. Nor everyones retired. We don't live in a retirement community. City of Phx u can do better.
Great for table tennis activities, only 2 days is not enough but still happy.
In phoenix we have many community activity centers. Many of them are for senior citizens only; however, the one in Washington park a jewel! And open to the public. This center has a well equipped gym! You join for $20.00 membership for a year! $30.00 for 6 month to use the gym.that is a SUPER BARGAIN (especially during the Summer months) BEAUTIFUL settings, super clean and beautiful neighborhood across the famous Phoenix Tennis center. It is worth it! You don't have to be a senior citizen! And you can use any other in Phoenix!:) :)
