Water and Ice, Mesa AZ

I go here. I get water. It is cheaper than delivery services and less wasteful. The price just went up 5c per gallon which if not insignificant when you drink a lot and have your pets drinking it too. Mesa water is gross and certifiably unsafe to drink, even for animals. Mesa should be ashamed of itself for a lot of reasons including that. Not a lot to say about this place. I've never gone here with the intent to do anything but get water.

We used to come here all the time and now the service is terrible. No customer service skills guy just stands there not greeting anyone. Ice cream is old and i mean really old. Also looks like the ice cream melted and refroz again. Don't think i want to come back here again. Places like this is supposed to be neighborhood market but just not there anymore.

The family that owns this is super sweet. We've been coming here for years! There always smiling and in a good mood.

Absolutely love this water n ice. It is run by the sweetest family, they are always so kind and welcoming. It’s so awesome to see a family running a business they way they do. And their ice cream is amazing!

They charged me $16 for a 5 gallon jug of water! I went to Lowes and found it for $5.99. Pretty disappointed. On the flip side, it's only $1.50 to refill it from now on.

Place is fine but the owner was mad that I was rinsing my bottles on the outside and not just the inside. I offered to pay for the water used of course, but he gave me no reason for why I shouldn't be rinsing the tops of my bottles. RO water wastes 6 gallons for every 1 it makes anyway. Other locations never gave me gripe about it so I'll drive farther to another place next time. Just weird.

New management is amazing. They carry just what you want. You can now do your lotto there as well. Great place to get water and a scoop of ice cream

It's always a pleasure coming in to get my water. Every now and then I will treat the kids to ice cream or slushies. Thank you for your great service.

Terrible customer service! Their machine ripped me off for $2 the other day - and they sat there and argued with me over the $2. Been going there for 7+ years - Will NEVER BE BACK! Mike the previous owner would have never questioned my integrity. You people are A$$h.s! If I could leave ZERO stars i would.
5/31-2018 - NO SIR! I WAS NOT asking for money - if you recall, I had four 5 gal bottles with me that I was there to fill. How could you think I was asking for money? I was telling you about a problem - but you didn't believe me. You've seen me in your store about every other week since you bought the business. And - just to add here - you never spoke a word to ME directly! You had NO concern for me, just what you & your "employee" were discussing.
I felt it VERY disrespectful that as you & your "employee" - which is obviously your wife - were speaking ONLY in your native language - so that I couldn't understand what was being said. SO I had NO idea what message your "EMPLOYEE" was telling you. In Fact, SIR -
VERY disgusting behavior from a business owner in front of a 7+ year customer - AGAIN- I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO YOUR STORE and I hope that hundreds of people see this review and will not patronize your business!
