Water and Ice Superstore, Chandler AZ

I have been coming here for a while now and have never had any issues. Last night was totally different the man was yelling at me and extremely rude because he said I was wasting water. I barely splashed some out on accident and explained this to him. He then started making bold accusations about me and then was being very escalatory towards me making me feel extremely uncomfortable. This type of behavior towards customers is inexcusable and absolutely unacceptable! They will no longer get any of my money I have invested in an RO system so I never have to be verbally assaulted again over water. I would give 0 stars if I could. I hope he understands how impactful it is to his business when he treats people like this. Never again!

Worst experience ever absolutely garbage customer service shop owner very rude & just plain ugly character will never come here again wish I could give them no star but it won't let me! This lady is very rude & talks over customers just so unprofessional!

A nice experience. If you want ice, water etc.it's cheaper here than elsewhere and a very nice couple run the place.

Been coming here for years. Love the owners… they’re ALWAYS nice. I’ve seen some very entitled people come in and treat them poorly for being from a different country… and if you treat people without respect, don’t expect it in return. Been coming to this man and his lovely wife for 15 years. And they do great work.
Ive had to step in multiple times to Gut-Check “Good Ol Americans” for acting like Rick entitled A$$Holes a few times.
Great water, great ice, great service. My kids love the Thrifty Ice Cream too!

Been coming here off and on. The owners are very nice and always friendly. They work hard to provide services to others. I think some have a problem because they're an Indian couple. If the owners are rude, it's probably from the customer to start.

Won’t sell you a Tonto Pass without buying something and charges double what they cost. Owner is a scammer.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience today. Normally when we come to this location there is the sweetest man that helps us out and never overcharges us and we always have a good time.

Today the woman (who I think is his wife) treated me and my friend with such disrespect, glaring at us, repeating herself multiple times and speaking over us. She walked off to get cream for my snocone and was shaking her head, as if unhappy to do her job. I was handed a dirty spoon, very clearly dirty, and when I politely asked for a new one she threw the spoon away aggressively before shoving a clean one in my face as if to prove that it was in fact clean. She continued to mumble rude things under her breath even though we are paying for everything that we asked for.

If you’re hiring, I’d love to bring better customer service to this location.

I have been using this store for 10+ years and have always found the owners to be very nice, courteous, and helpful. I'm not sure what happened with the people who have posted a negative review, but the owners have always been ready to help me fill and load if the store is not busy. I would, and have, recommended this store to anyone who asks.

Owners are very RUDE! When I asked the price, the man said it is written there with big letters. I was going to buy ice cream as well, but decided not to do so because of the rudeness and the fact that ice cream didn't look very hygenic. Pls post your feedback so that they understand the importance of polite customer service.

Owners are so nice. We asked for Prime Hydration drink (because it's all the rave right now for my 9 yr old) and she called her husband almost immediately and told him to order it. Made my son so happy and thats all he talks about now!

Absolutely, do not give them your money. After buying the "filtered" water and testing at home with a TDS "total dissolved solids" I discovered unacceptable levels of TDS. This means they do not regularly change the filtration items. Not only that, but the owners are extremely poor with customer service and are RUDE. Spend your money with real American business owners. ZERO Respect.

We go here all the time to just get my kids ice cream. The owners are extremely friendly, and so nice to my kids. We’ve been going here for 2 years now and can’t speak highly enough of them.

This owner is extremely rude and berated my wife while she was getting a gallon of water. He was in a bad mood and call her names and said we were all alike and did not want our business due the fact that she only wanted a gallon of water.

Pretty rude workers. I understand you hate teenagers and how everyone's out to get you. But have some hope in humanity. The lady is just such an angry person

Owners are friendly. Excellent customer service, top of the line ice cream, filtered water and alkaline water are both sold here. Purest ice in town. They also sell shave ice, cotton candy and other snacks there.

The owners are the reason I drive this far for bottled water…support your small businesses folks!
