I like supporting local Tempe-based businesses any opportunity I get, and Water Heaters 4 Less is no exception. After lasting 22+ years—my hot water heater finally died on me. When I did a search online—I stumbled across Water Heaters 4 Less and saw all the great reviews. It was a no brainer for me to go with this company. Jim did a top notch job! I will definitely recommend him to my family, friends, and clients!

You should absolutely use Jim and his company. Do not hesitate to call him. After being quoted by a plumber that it would cost $1,300 to replace my 50 Gallon Gas water heater (which I knew was absurd), I called around and found Water Heaters 4 Less. They came within 24 hours and did the job for $860 out the door. This included a new pan, ball valve, gas line and water connections lines. It was him and his son. They were professional, clean and did a stellar install. This is not one of the cases where you get what you pay for. With Water Heaters 4 Less you get way more.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim and his son, Sam. They were quick to respond to our desperate need for a new water heater. I sent them a picture of what we had, they replied with a quote, and came out the same day and replaced our water heater! Their price was hundreds less than their competition on top of it all, and they had a better unit! They were friendly and professional and cleaned up when they were finished. They explained how to work the new unit and were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend their service!

Needed a new water heater and Jim and his son were here the next day. They are professional, punctual, clean, honest, and outrageously affordable. Go price out your own water heater, valves, supply lines, pan, etc and you'll see that for about $150 more you can have yours professionally installed, the old hauled away, and get a professional grade water heater by hiring Jim. They were in and out in under 2 hours. I'd recommend him 100x over if you need a water heater. Thanks Jim and to your son (sorry I forgot your name sir) too!

I was in a time crunch and a few contractors failed to show when I needed them. I called Jim and had a new water heater installed two hours later at a third of the price of two other local firms. He took his time to do a thorough and careful installation. He took no shortcuts. There were no surprises. The price he gave me over the phone was the price I paid, including all the new pipe, new water lines, water pan and tax. I was in disbelief at his high level of service and immediacy, and count myself as lucky to have found him. If you are a real estate investor you know there is a rarefied group in your inner circle who deliver. You should consider Jim next time you need to handle a water heater install. I can’t say enough good things about Jim. He had hurt his shoulder and he was on his way out of town on vacation but he called his son and came over anyway to replace our leaking water heater. He walked me through turning mine off and gave me great advise on how to clean up the water from the leak. He left my garage as clean as the day we moved in. I can’t thank him enough. Also best price I found.

My water heater started to drip from the drain valve. I contacted Jim and he gave me advice to cap it off. It would have worked except the leak then moved to the seals of the drain valve. Called Jim and he came out the next day. The price was $850 out the door with additional piping that I needed to have installed for free. My old one broke during the process of removal and Jim cleaned up all the water. For the quality water heater and the price you really can't do better. Other plumbers wanted almost $1,000 so had to go with Jim and I am very happy with his work.

Called Jim after my hot water heater started leaking and he gave me a fair price and installed a new Rheem unit the next day. Nice clean work using a quality product at a fair price. What more can you ask for?
