If car buying is anything like the service center find elsewhere! Call the service center and see how helpful they are, they will show you what I am talking about.

Horrible horrible service with the collision department. I hit a Havelina and the vehicle was taken here for repairs they have it for almost a full month and it’s still not ready I was told last Thursday that it might be ready on Friday end of day then that day comes around and I’m told it will be Monday. I show up I’m being told that they won’t promise that it’ll be ready by the end of the day basically I’m being told the next day each day and now I’m being told to not call as often I’ve been calling on average twice a day but he exaggerated the amount of calls I have been making I try not to call more than twice a day for an update.

I really feel like this is procrastinating so much. Especially when it wasn’t even an extreme amount of damage done to the vehicle. I honestly wish I didn’t ok them to fix that bumper. I could have gotten it replaced by someone else in a much quicker manner. I do not think I’ll recommend to my insurance company to use this department ever again for anyone else until they fixed the issues here.

Purchased 2024 Chevrolet Equinox from Tom Thompson today, professional and very personable service given. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions we had.
Rob our fiance person was outstanding and very professional as well explained everything where was easy to understand.

I purchased a new 2018 Silverado from this dealership. I have serviced and repaired my truck only at this location and the Watson Service Team has been excellent. Most recently, Mason Jacobs was exceptional at resolving a water pump issue. He was very professional, responsive and honest. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase of a vehicle and for your ensuing service and repair needs.

Absolutely horrible experience. They put a used sun rotted bumper on my car and acted dumb founded when I questioned their work. It took 9 months to get a new bumper. When my car was finally finished, not one person came out to greet me and make sure all was well. Staff is rude, terrible customer service. Can't believe that Geico insurance would recommend this place.

DO NOT USE THEIR COLLISION CENTER. MY CAR IS STILL MESSED UP. THEY TRIED TO PAINT MY BUMPER A DIFFERENT COLOR. LEFT ALL THE BOLTS ON MY REAR IMPACT BAR LOOSE. THE PAINT IS FLAKING OFF ON MY FINGER AND THEY HAD MY CAR FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. I’M HAVING TO BRING MY 2023 SUV TO ANOTHER SHOP TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. THE ONLY THING THEY DID RIGHT WAS TO INSTALL NEW TAILLIGHTS WHICH I CAN DO IN MY SLEEP. BE AWARE. I AM HAVING TO PAY FOR MY RENTAL WHILE MY CAR IS GETTING PROPERLY FIXED AS WATSON HAVE WASTED ALL OF MY RENTAL FROM GEICO. INSURANCE PAID 4K FOR THIS JOB. I WONT EVEN PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE FOR WHAT THEY DID. THE PAINTER HAS TO BE COLOR BLIND.

Well I reached out to them today at 1pm and by 8pm they were too busy to get back to me to answer one single question. Called four times to talk to a sales manager and none could be bothered to take my call either. Couldn't imagine why they get so many one star reviews but I found out for myself. I will head on down to their competition and see if they wanna sell a car.

Update. Even after they responded here. They still never called me. Be careful giving these guys your money.

This was my first time buying a Vehicle, Lamont Lollis and Bobby Gaudet helped me, it was stress free, faster than I expected and they were very attentive, it was such a good experience for me and my husband! Will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

Body shop is just disappointing. They have excuses and poor service/repairs. Took me a day to fix something they had the truck over a week to look at. If I weren’t a mechanic. They would probably still be scratching their heads on what to do.

I talked to "Gabe, short for Gabriel the Angel" After confirming I had been around for covid. I asked about a Catalytic Converter we had installed and failed after 13 months. We were told through the service department it was only a one year warranty. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) says its 5 year 50 thousand mile warranty. What they did is punishable by a $25,000 fine. Gabriel the angel told me "why are you even calling me? I called you because thats who Geico paid to do the work. I would never treat someone this disrespectful and suggest you go to one of the other 1000 dealerships in Arizona.

I brought in my car through my insurance coverage and decided to get some extra work done on my own dime. They were so professional, did an excellent job, and even thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out! My go-to person was PJ Altier- he was so friendly, responsive and detail oriented. I reached our by the website and we put in touch with Bennie. He listened to what I was looking for and 3 hours later I had traded in my vehicle and was driving away with a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Very happy with my experience.

Appointment was on time and the oil change/tire rotation was less than an hour. The price was also lower than their other competition in Tucson. Will return again.
