I'm posting this for my less than technological wife, who has no Google account. She is severely adverse to doctors because of many visits related to a chronic illness. In her words, "I'd rather go to a dentist ten times over a doctor once. " Given that background, it's amazing how comfortable she has been with Dr Webb and his staff. She states that it's more like visiting family. She, Adrian and Kylie make a game of wearing the same color on her appointment days. So.she has received excellent medical care and has gained friends.

My experience with Webb Plastic Surgery was amazing. His bedside manners are perfect my results are exactly what I wanted. He really listens to what you have to say very easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. His assistant Adrian is very sweet and makes sure that everything else goes smoothly. I originally went in to remove 26 year old implants, do a lift and get smaller implants put in. My original breasts were extremely asymmetrical so I was concerned.

First, the man spent an hour and a half with me, not only discussing all of my options, but sketched out the surgery with me step -by-step so I knew EXACTLY what was involved and felt informed. I felt truly felt like a partner in this process from the get-go.

During our initial conversation he said, "How would you feel about holding off on the new implants? I feel like you'd get a better result in the long run if we started with just an explant/lift and honestly, you might be really happy with that and not even want new ones put in! " Um, excuse me? That option wasn't even in my mind. "Is he asking me to do something that costs less? " I thought. At that moment I just KNEW he was my guy.

I ended up doing just that, and let me tell you, I am so glad I did! He was able to make them completely symmetrical while maintaining their volume. They look better than in my 20's before surgery!

As I was healing post-op, I had some concerns/questions still.so even while he was on vacation in Chicago, he still responded to my texts immediately (and on a Saturday night mind you) calming my worries.

Dr Webb performed a tummy tuck, muscle repair, fat grafting to my breasts, and liposuction of my legs in May 2023. From the minute I booked the consultation appointment with his assistant, Adrian, I felt at ease. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating right from the beginning. I was blown away after I went to my initial appointment with Dr. Webb. He took his time and was extremely thorough and honest in my consultation. I had met with another surgeon before meeting with Dr. Webb and he brushed off my concerns of a possible hernia. Dr. Webb explained that I needed to get a scan to make sure we knew all of the information about the hernia before surgery. He said that his number one job was to make sure I came out of this surgery a walking, talking, mom. He treated me like a sister and gave me sound advice that I could trust. He never over “sold” a procedure and I got the feeling that he wanted what I wanted and what was best for my health.

After the consultation, I felt super sure that he was the doctor to do this surgery for me. The before care for the surgery was very thorough and complete. I knew exactly what supplements I would need and I felt very prepared.

The day of the surgery I was extremely nervous (especially since this was my first plastic surgery). However, Dr. Webb and his staff did an amazing job putting my mind at ease, and my surgery went flawlessly. During my recovery I had several questions and concerns. Dr. Webb’s office offers communication through text messaging and I got a response within minutes most of the time. Adrian could not have been more friendly, communicative, and responsive. She always communicated with Dr. Webb and got back to me quickly. A few times, I went into the office to double check on things and my visits always left me feeling reassured and smiling. The aftercare from the surgery was what has impressed me the most. I was concerned that once the surgery was paid for and completed that Dr. Webb and his team wouldn’t be as responsive.
