I've been using Weech Financial for my personal & business returns for almost a decade. They've always done a great job.

Spoke to Mark Weech on a recommendation from someone on Facebook. We talked about what I was looking for, and he asked for me to send him my previous tax return.

I sent him the return and he got back to me right away with some clarifying questions he needed in order to a tax estimate for the year, so we could plan accordingly. I sent him the information requested that night, and even thanked him for his prompt attention. However, this is where it went south.

Two weeks go by and I didn't hear anything so I followed up with Mark via email. Still, I get no response. I moved on to another business to take care of my taxes.

Fast forward 6 months, and I get a random bill for $190. I sent a copy of the bill to mark, assuming it was a mistake, and surprise I get no response. Another 30 days later, I get a past due notice. I refuse to pay someone for services NOT rendered.

I would not recommend doing business with Weech Financial.

Not impressed. Went to them for our annual taxes, which they did fine (that we know of) and in a timely manner. However, when sending confidential information they put the wrong email address for my husband. When we realized it and notified them, they acted like it was no big deal and had no remorse. Also, I provided them our paperwork in a Manila envelope. When I came to pick up my papers, they were just sitting behind the front desk with no envelope. Yet again, a careless act and they obviously don’t take confidentiality very seriously.

Mark is a great guy. You will love working with him! He is a Dave Ramsey ELP and knows his craft. I highly recommend him!
