14The "WORST" Wells Fargo branch in Glendale. I spent 46 minutes in the drive-through and only had one car ahead of me. Clearly they are paid by the hour because no one is in a hurry to do anything. Reading the other reviews the seems to be a consistent problem they're not willing to correct.
Had a problem with a deposit, Daisy and Jason were right on it, made the correction, no fuss. Excellent customer service, will highly recommend.
I don't normally complain but it took 45 minutes to go through the drive through with just one car ahead of me. ~20 per car is unacceptable. They will make you late to return to work.
I do business deposits everyday and the is the first time I’ve had terrible customer service, thanks to Rhonda. I pulled up through the drive thru and she saw me but didn’t say anything at all. I let 5 min pass and nothing not even busy. I then rang the teller button and she says what! All I said was I need to make a deposit and she said “Ok? ! ”. I had to ask if I should send it over. Then she replied yeah it was an extremely rude tone almost demeaning. I just wanted to let management know to correct her attitude towards customers. She didn’t ruin my day I hope she fixes that nasty attitude.
On Wednesday afternoon I went this brunch at 91ave and Glendale
The cashier was really nice and she started working to cash my checks and finally she ask the teller assistance to helping her and the teller came toke long time and she did not help me and made made and I toke my checks back and came out of the brunch and went to other brunch at 55ave and northern
At that brunch all the business take less than five minutes and said thanks to the cashier and came out
I waited @ 20 in line to get 2000$ from my business account, it's the only Wells I been to that I have waited so long.
I'm pretty sure I was the only white person in there including staff, that's ok but the odds looks I got made it uncomfortable. I digress

I'm not a wells fargo account holder, but my boyfriend is and we had to go in to get a cashiers check. I want to say Thank you so much to Ahsan Khan. He was extremely helpful and very bright and uplifting for it being 10am lol Thank you so so much sir!
I always get great service at this location. For deposit accounts I am pretty happy with Wells Fargo.
I WILL NOT RETURN HERE THEY TOOK A COPY OF MY CHECK OK THEY GOT IT VERIFIED CALL ME TOLDEM IM SENDING MY FIANCÉ HE SAID GIVER HER MY IF AND DEBIT SHES ALSO ON THE ACCOUNT TELLS ME EVERYTHING IS OK CHECKS VERIFIED MY FIANCÉ GETS THERE AND THE LADY IS BEING RUDE SO MY GIRLFRIEND GOT RUDE BACK AND THEY CALL ME SAYING THEY CASHED THEN UNCASHED IT I FEEL SO DISRESPECTED FOR HAVING ME MY FIANCÉ DRIVE BACK I WILL BE CLOSING MY WELLS FARGO ACCOUNTS WE WILL BE MOVING OVER TO CHASE IM NOT DEALING WITJ ANYMORE DISRESPECT THIS IS NOT THE 1st time

Friendly buuuut. I went in to try to set up an account on a Thursday morning. They kept me waiting 20 minutes and never found an agent to help me. I left my phone # with them and the manager said someone would call to set up an appointment but it's been nearly 3 hours now with no call-back. So. No. Won't be coming back here.
Friendly staff but they dont value your time. I had to wait in two VERY long lines because of an employees mistake. The manager gave a great apology but offered no solution. I spent way too much time here and got nothing done. Going to a new location tomorrow.
This bank brings great customer service ALWAYS. Doesnt matter if i go into the bank on a weekday or weekend great service. The Manager is awesome and really demonstrates consistently top notch customer service each and every time time i go into his bank. He takes pride in his bank its not beneath him to walk outside and pick up trash that a windy day spread garbage in front of his bank and come back behind the glass with a smile and assist you with excellent customer service. I appreciate him and his staff
